Takes too long to charge, I'm assuming.
@FOFD
, the difference in power between second form Frieza (the one Krillin's kienzan cut) and Final Form Frieza is stupidly massive. The difference between final form Frieza and Cell is even larger.
Not very comparable.

"If you weren't so crazy I'd think you were insane."
The way Little Kuriboh does that line actually makes me feel sorry for Freeza.
"Oh come now. If I'm really as bad as you say, then let God strike me down where I stand - Ha! Nice try, jackass! Next time, give it your A-Game!"
"Oh, please. Everyone's always on about the children. I've already tried leaving them alive, but all they do is grow up under my rule or dedicate their pathetic lives to revenge, usually both. Really, killing them is a kindness. I can retract that kindness if you wish. But then who's the villian?"
"Hmm. That happened. Do you mind waiting over there Vegeta, I need to go and play babysitter." -proceeds to beat the ever-living hell out of a twelve-year old-
That's why I'm so EXCITED for Cell. Especially because he seems to have some similarities to Alucard. He's not as much of a sadist as Freeza, but he's still beating people basically for the fun of it. He doesn't care about anything else.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!My favorite part of that moment is "Daddy, I don't want to be on Namek anymore."
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Well, once he gets his perfect form, he's basically doing it for the lulz.
Does anyone find it almost ironic that the most narcissistic villain gets defeated by one of the least threatening members of the cast? Cell wants to have an epic final battle and a Worthy Opponent in Goku, and he ends up getting a little kid.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!He also isn't being completely dominated by the parts of him that display foolish pride and intense battle thirst, which is a little less like the source material.
I feel like they're going to make Abridged!Cell like that, as well. I mean, it works. It really works. Cell isn't too different from his actual canon counterpart. Neither was Freeza. They're just written in more modern ways.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby! We've seen Team Four Star's take on Imperfect Cell, and I'd imagine Perfect Cell will be fairly egomaniacal, talking about how "prefect" he is. My question is, what's Cell's middle form going to be like? He didn't have it for very long in the original version and I don't remember much about its character apart from being completely outclassed by Vegeta and Trunks and not taking it very well. Seriously, once he absorbed 17 things went straight to the crapper for Cell. I am personally of the belief that Cell's second form will channel a lot of Nappa, and Vegeta will be so annoyed by his antics that he will insist on him absorbing 18 just so he'll stop being so obnoxious.

I think Semi-Perfect Cell is just going to be a joke. He looks stupid, he sounds stupid, and he gets absolutely owned by Vegeta. Honestly, his appearance is funny enough as it is without them trying to add extra comedy to it. Vegeta's egotism has been going through the roof lately, and having to face such a stupid-looking opponent is probably one of the reasons why he'll let Cell absorb 18.

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Semi-perfect Cell started out by curbstomping 16, who had almost killed him. Then, Tenshinhan of all people pinned him to the ground, Goku played mindgames with him via instant transmision, blew up some populated islands, then Vegeta started to put dents into his body despite being less than half his height.
Also that voice is literally tongue-in-cheek. Yup, two episodes or so and we'll see.
The Kienzan isn't a cut anything in canon, neither is the Makankosappo a pierce anything. They've never failed to do that in their usages, but Vegeta's Big Bang has never failed to destroy anything, and nobody claims that has the magical property to destroy anything it hits.
Piccolo used a blast against Nappa which was identical to the Makankosappo but used two hands (and he said to Goku two hands would make it charge faster) but it missed. He probably stopped using it because he developed stronger attacks.

To think Picollo never used the beamcannon again after Nappa
