I've always though that was an oddly specific pun for two totally different groups of people working on different facets of the same project to decide to use independently of one another, especially if the second supposedly did so without even knowing about the first, but in any case...
Since Maron was in the "Garlic Jr episode" (hell, she was the Garlic Jr episode), I'm guessing yeah... it's going to be a thing regardless of her tenuous canon nature in the source material.

Well, out of the stuff they put online, it's the various Lets Plays that make money for them. And it's probably a lot easier for Lani, (who voices both Vegeta and Krillin) to put stuff up himself without having to coordinate a time to play and record together with Takahata, who does the voice for Nappa.
They'll probably still do Two Saiyans stuff when possible, but solo efforts are easier and quicker to make.
| Wandering, but not lost. | If people bring so much courage to this world...◊ |I just never really understood the appeal of Let's Plays. I mean, these ones are sorta funny when they manage to act in-character, but the idea of "watch someone play a game and make commentary as they do so" never seemed appealing to me.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! Then you clearly haven't watched the interesting let's players much
Mostly its about either 1) Someone showing you a game you didn't know about 2) Experiencing game you didn't know about with someone playing it first time 3) Seeing someone else's reaction to game you already knew about 4) Guy doing commentary is being really funny 5) Guy doing let's play(mostly in written or screenshot let's play form) is doing it in After-Action Report format
Basically, its all up to let's player whether its interesting or not, though I suppose some games are better fit for that format than others and some are basically able to make let's play interesting even if let's player isn't that special

Its usually the Funny commentary, the informative walkthrough type commentary, the failiure of skill, the epicness of skill, the commentary of a Blind LP, and sometimes the editing.
When it comes to the commentary, it depends on the commentator because some people tend to have really boring tone or really annoying voices that aren't suited for commentary or their game-play ends up being too painful/boring to watch.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I find pretty much every Let's Player's voice and gameplay annoying and boring, respectively. The only reason I like TFS plays is because they at least try to be in-character.
So since Episode 43 won't be out for a while, what possibilities are there for the side-project in July?
I'm guessing it'll either be World's Strongest Abridged For Real or History of Trunks. Super Android 13 is possible, but I think they'll wait on that one rather than move onto it immediately after Cooler 2.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Personally, I'm a big fan of the way Slowbeef and Chip Cheezum handle their L Ps, where they not only know the game forwards and backwards and are willing to do the effort to best showcase the game but also bring in a buddy that's going in more-or-less blind. You not only get a fan and non-fan perspective simultaneously but it also usually allows for some good back-and-forth.
Playing a character can get a bit iffy, because it's a fine line between, say, Sir Ron Lionheart and Pew Die Pie. Thankfully TSP doesn't cross over.

Some Call Me Johnny/ SGB/ Brainscratch are pretty good, too.

Playing bad on purpose? I guess I have a legit reason to not watch the TFS Lp(s) now.
Well if there tend to be both kinds, one would hope that they actually play better when not "in-character"...
@Anomalocaris: Considering you just said you don't find L Ps interesting, its hard to judge how many ones you have actually watched so when you say you find pretty much all of them boring, that doesn't really say much unless you have actually tried to watch all of them
Sometimes I don't find raw gameplay footage as fun as, y'know, actually playing myself.
Sometimes commentary is entertaining, and can provide information I might not have known or been able to find easily on my own, like parts of development process or tips or tricks or whatever. Someone else's experiences.
A helpful tip: The easiest way to find "Raw game-play footage" is to secifically look up Walkthrough or Non-commentary...
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I do enjoy the Let's Play of Sea Nanners, but that's because he's plays deception based games (and GTA) with his friends, playing mind games with them.
"Why is Nanners so quiet? I bet he has an attack helicopter."
"Noooooo..."
*attack helicopter noises*
Hiiiiiiiilarious
My brother loves his stuff.
I myself enjoy his stuff at times.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone else

I think the filler writers and Toriyama just came up with the same name pun independantly.
I do hope it gets brought up, though. Especially weird if 18 approved of the name knowing fully well about her husband's ex.
