The androids of Trunks's timeline seem to have the same motivations as the one in the main timeline, from what we see of them: they're bored and want to do stuff. Asserting the androids from the main timeline must have a different set of morals seems unnecessary; it's not like they're the only characters in the show who, had new complications not been introduced into their lives, would be evil mass murderers.
Piccolo, for instance, didn't have to be replaced with a new Piccolo who considered trust and friendship to be important values to become one of the gang; in a future where he never had to ally with Goku's crew, raise Gohan, and learn a father's love, he would still be the Evil Demon King, plotting to kill Goku and take over the world.
There are plenty of ways Vegeta could have gone on to become tomorrow's Frieza if he'd succeeded in his ambitions of becoming immortal.
The same person can become two entirely different people depending on what roads they go down in their life.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. That's actually not true at all. Piccolo Junior was less evil from the beginning, just from being a different being. He wasn't the same person Daimao was, despite sharing his soul, and was redeemed because of that. This is pointed out by God when Raditz' soul moves onto the afterlife - which means he's not a demon, nor as evil as the old Daimao was. And that's before he trained Gohan. Furthermore, Goku already tells Gohan that Junior wasn't as bad as Daimao before the Saiyan arc even begins.
I just wonder why the Androids didn't try to go out into space. There's a galactic empire out there with its rulers just having been destroyed by the guy you easily beat. Why not just go and take over the rest of the galaxy if you've got nothing better to do?

You know, why didn't he? At the end of the Frieza arc, he's on earth with 2 sets of draonballs, and as far as he knows, Goku is dead, and he's the strongest being left in the universe. Whats stopping him from just waiting around and demanding to be allowed to wish for immortality?

16's bomb was a last resort to kill Goku. Gero hated him that much.
I kinda wonder why 16 is willing to blow up on Cell and destroy the earth, if he loves life so much. I guess it'd be sacrificing earth for the rest of the universe, but it still seems sorta odd.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!

Didn't Ginyu end up inside Bulma while on Earth
