Option Four: Population continues to rise but never dies off, eventually the earth collapses, whether through overpopulation or just the sun inevitably destroying it, and the immortal people are left drifting through space, unable to talk, breathe, eat, or move, for the rest of eternity, while slowly cooling down via heat radiation until they're about a few fractions of a degree above absolute zero, or alternatively passing through a star and being seared-but-not-killed by millions of degrees of solar energy and plasma. Eventually the universe itself undergoes heat death and eventually proton decay, yet the lifeforms remain conscious and likely in tremendous pain for the rest of eternity, being all alone and not even able to gain the sweet relief of death.
Ain't that a happy outcome? :D

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Option Five: Mr Popo assimilates
everyone.
Can Shenron undo immortality? I'd assume so.
Man, someone should just say "I wish Garlic Jr. weren't immortal anymore."
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!"Look, I have the power to change the very laws of the universe, but even I can't do the impossible."
My various fanfics.
Only in Dragon Ball Online, at which point it's hard to find a human that doesn't have Saiyan DNA in them.

Well, Gohan had Videl. And if they had children after Pan it was either after that World Tournament or they just didn't bring it.
...Wait, shouldn't Bulla have been in Battle Of The Gods? I could have sworn Bulma and Vegeta were supposed to have had her before Gohan and Videl had Pan.

Conflicting information on that one. We've been given two DO Bs for her - year before Pan and year after Pan. From the same guidebook, even.
Heh, today's Space Dandy goes to what we were suggesting in this thread a little.
I just checked the trope page for Space Dandy...
I wanna watch it now. Shame this country never gets any of the cool or new things.

Well, everyone being immortal will have one of two outcomes:
