Oozaru Gohan was only trouble for Vegeta because of his accumulated damage. Hell, he only got hit by it because his body froze after cutting off his tail.
Yes, against Freeza it didn't contribute much to his defeat, but I wasn't saying that. It did more damage to him than anything before that point, even when he was using less power. Heck, it arguably outdid the damage he suffered after that point as well (except the whole getting cut in half thing).
Is that in reference to me? Because if so, I think you need better reading comprehension. That's not what I'm saying at all. First of all, only talking about Vegeta, second of all, we're both shown and told that this is the case. He goes from having a gay old time and beating everyone up without much trouble to barely being able to stand and failing to kill them because he can't put enough power into his attacks. And then he can't dodge the falling Gohan because his body locks up, and even says that one or two Oozaru Gohan wouldn't have been a problem for him without the damage.

Just because it didn't kill someone doesn't make it weak. It doesn't mean it "didn't work" either, Cell was only beaten because of the Dynamic Mess Em Up Punch even if that wasn't the last blow he was hit with.
...Actually, I think what Hercule used on Cell was a kick. But still!
I think that Hercule actually did beat Cell, and Gohan is just a dirty kill stealer.

Also Hercule made people give energy to the thing that killed Kid Buu. Vegeta and Goku and Bee and Dende and Old Kai and Kibito Kai aren't nearly as good at motivational speaking.
So Hercule's ego saved the universe.
I think I just realized how brilliant that is.
Krillin and Gohan get things that came from Hercule.
Yamcha is the eternal loser. Sad for him.

Supposedly. Didn't do squat to Perfect Cell's neck, despite a straight on hit. The power of the user [or opponent?] still has some kind of influence, as that attests.
Solar Flare should probably get some mention, though it's not a weak ability by any means; never stopped being useful, and the crew needed to use it more, if anything.

The Spirit Bomb is crazy variable, being dependent on he power poured into it by outside forces, not the user, so it's really hard to pin it down. Much more was given to the bomb that obliterated Buu than to the other two. You could probably get a much stronger one with even more contributors.
And the one used on Vegeta sort of... spilled, so it wasn't at peak stregth.
