Not sure what you mean. Goku's injuries were pretty bad the first time he was healed by one. Hole in his shoulder big enough to fit his fist in, can't use either of his arms or legs and was bloody all over. Only injury I can think of worse than that is Yamcha's hole, and that's only between the two holes and discounted Goku's other injuries.

Senzu Beans weren't originally healing in the first place. They were just really, really good food that gave you much more energy than you'd expect a tiny little bean to. Goku ate them during his several days trying to get the Sacred Water from Koren. Don't remember when that got extrapolated to healing wounds.
I have a message from another time...They healed you, and gave an extra boost of energy(only if you were in fatigue)
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Well, either way, I'm still calling it a plothole, because after watching the episode again, Krillin specifically said "Here, have a senzu", again, don't know if he said something to that effect in the actual version, but he did in the abridged. edit: Not that it's a big deal either way.

Still NOT. Because in Abridged when Goku died with the "Special"special beam cannoned hole in his chest, Krillin said "We could get you a senzu." meaning they didn't have any. And why would they have any in the 1st place(prize)?
