How does it not? He fights in base and gets destroyed. Then he gets up, get pissed off, powers up for a few seconds and transforms. This same thing happened with Vegeta in Movie 7, and if the only evidence you have that it can't fit is that it took slightly longer than it should've I don't see how that makes it completely impossible to fit... especially since assuming he couldn't transform creates more questions than it answers.
And again, you said Cooler can teleport? Was that true or could only his robots do that?

...If you consider an extra six or so seconds of powering up (something that happens in other movies) to be enough to completely remove something from the timeline, go ahead, I'm not going to change your mind. I'm done here.
You sure about that? I've never seen that mentioned on anything else I've read, just that his robot clones could do it.
...Nah, he got blasted to bits by the sun and his drifting bits just happened to fuse with the Big Gete Star by chance.
He learned Instant Transmission as the Big Gete Star at some point (Maybe from a database from Yardat that got integrated into the Big Gete Star?), and uses it as Meta-Cooler. As far as we know he didn't know it as normal Cooler, or at least never used it.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! That's not why. It's because it's a movie and not canon to begin with. So it's not part of the timeline even if it did fit. I'm just pointing out the things that would have to be ignored for it to be possible to fit.
Oh, is that it? I don't remember much of movie 6.

The problem with that is that you don't need to ignore anything, it all fits fine as is... oh never mind, there's no reasoning with you. So how about that Abridged Series huh? I think it's pretty funny.
So, here's one: what's your favorite scene in this series? Mine was Freeza's flashback in episode 25, featuring such gems as...
- Nappa wearing Jafar's hat.
- King Vegeta's death: "Freeza can I sit down and have a word with-" "SHORYUKEN!". "KO! YOU WIN!".
- "I have a funny little story for you.
- "Funny how?"
- "I like to call it 'I killed your dad'".
- "...so, 'haha' funny?"

...My favorite parts of that flashback were
- "Wait, my son, the planet, or me?"
- "...Yes." Fssssch "AAARGH!"
- "Freakin' smartass."
- "...Yes." Fssssch "AAARGH!"
That and the end of the flashback.
- "How did you know about the parts you weren't there for?"
- "..." Transforms.

That's the part that always gets me. The jokes are funny yes but sometimes just the way they edit the reaction shots make scenes absolutely hysterical. Like when Vegeta is facing Racoome and says "now hit MY theme music!" and the dub GT theme starts playing.
Vegeta's face = oh dear god. And it never fails to make me crack up.
Impossible for me to say my favorite scene in the series. I can say my favorite stinger though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ys7pLfOVZDE&t=7m44s
I don't think Toriyama understands about how big or vital the moon is. Maybe that's why a comparatively weak character like Roshi could blow it up.
What about the poor bunny Goku stuck up there? He is deadageness.
A True Lady's Quest - A Jojo is You!Yeah, Boss Rabbit was kind of a douche. "Poor bunny" my ass, he fucking killed people!
Speaking of him, I surprised he was never mentioned again, considering how unique his main power is. Hell, if General fucking Blue could squeeze out a few cameos, I don't see why Rabbit couldn't.

General Blue was part of a huge arc in the series. Boss Rabbit was just a one-off character in the Pilaf Saga. He had no real lasting value or connection to anything bigger.
I think Blue is a lot of people's favorite member of the Red Ribbon Army anyway.
Me, I like Colonel Silver. He was awesome in the anime.

No, I'm pointing out how it's directly based off his first transformation instead of the instant, "controlled" ones that came later. It's got nothing to do with the movie's trend of having them fight in their base forms first.
