I hope that they would have had people (maybe even Goku) call Vegeta out on how his Face–Heel Turn is so fucking stupidly PETTY.
"I'm having a midlife crisis because Kakarot won't fight me during the one day of time he has to visit Earth, guess I'll TURN EVIL."
No. Not Team Four Star LPs!
Unless they actually play the game instead of making stupid jokes and dying because they refuse to properly play the game.
I fell into that with THE ADVENTURES OF DUMPLIN!!!! It was fun until they focused so much on their jokes that they kept dying and then still kept making jokes. I watch L Ps to see people play, not fuck around.
If I want to see someone who doesn't know what they're doing when they play a video game....I'll do it myself most of the time.
One Strip! One Strip! The Kakarot one was sorta decent; it helps that it is just Lani and Kaiser, and Lani had already played through the game.
Fuck the Gamer Grumps tho, they have no business being L Ps.
Different types of LPs...don't limit.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.@Handsome Rob: I think they said that Videl would have ended up being like Batman-esque and Saiyaman being Superman-esque. Which I still want just to hear Sarah Anne Williams try a Batman voice just once.
Burning love!![]()
"I know this stopped being a fight and became literal torture several minutes ago, but there's, like, rules and stuff? If you jump in to try to stop the agonizing and gratuitous brutality being inflicted in the ring right now, you could get us disqualified!" ~Goku
Like. I don't think it gets said enough that Gohan was 100% right in that scene. The announcers should have called the fight way before it got to that.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.I don't think calling the fight is a thing in the Tenkaichi Budokai. You win if your opponent falls out of bounds or surrenders, no other conditions apply. Videl was still stubbornly trying to keep fighting, so the fight kept going.
Besides, it's not like the Announcer hasn't seen some insane comebacks. Goku beat Piccolo and won the tournament with ALL FOUR of his limbs broken and unusable, Piccolo broke Goku's body WAY worse than Spopovich broke Videl's, and he still won that fight.
Videl also snapped Spopovich's neck easily with a kick early on, she was stronger than him, she totally still had a chance to make a comeback.

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them. The Announcer wasn't really considering that a fight at that point. Goku had to remind him that Piccolo being rung out means Goku wins.
Once Piccolo blew up the arena, the entire concept of this being a professional tournament went right out the window. It was revived only by Goku's stubbornness to get that Championship title.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.I can only assume that the only reason they didn't call the fight is because yeah, there's literally never been a reason to before. Fights in the tournament always ended quickly: you got knocked out one way or another, whether it be out of the ring, or unconscious.
The one time someone was out of the fight for reasons beyond that was when Tao Pai Pai pulled a knife on Tien.
Hell, despite how utterly brutal he was, Spopovitch never broke the rules. He never pulled a weapon, used a dirty move, or killed Videl (as he was clearly using only enough power to hurt but not kill). It was Videl who, though accidentally, broke the rules and seemingly killed him, and they immediately enforced it by disqualifying her up until it turned out he'd survived.
I can only assume that, up until that point, nobody had ever deliberately dragged out a fight to such a blatantly malicious extent as what Spopovitch did, and since there was no rule for it, they couldn't really do anything.
Does that mean they should have anyway? Oh yes. It wouldn't have mattered (because only Yamu could have made him stop) but there's a bad habit in Dragonball where things tend to happen more for Doylist reasons than Watsonian, I'm not surprised that they didn't.
One Strip! One Strip! It's possible. Whether it was intentionally or by accident, we can't be sure though.
One Strip! One Strip!Hard to say. Again, her doylist reason for no longer fighting is probably because she'd served the purpose Toriyama had for her.
There's also the now you're married so stay home and let the man do all the work attitude of Japan, which would be a give-in to them, especially at that time.
Far as I know, there's no Watsonian reason, and even if we could assume that her Spopovitch induced beating is the case, I can picture Toriyama giving a completely different reason for it because that's often what he does.
One Strip! One Strip!

....So....are Team Four Star going to go into detail about what they might have done for the Buu Saga?
Like, they said there was a character they were going to edit out of the arc, and we were all wondering who it would be (most theories being Popo, so they wouldn't need to end his joke by having him get eaten by Buu), but we never knew for sure.
I'm rather curious as to What Could Have Been.
