I'm betting that if one of Gogeta of Vegerot's techniques makes the list, it either is their fused techniques or their original ones (the Soul Punisher or the Spirit Sword)

[up]I assume you mean if they where used more than once outside of the games, since every techniques the games have appeared in either the Anime or Manga

Soul Punisher or Stardust Breaker was first used as the finishing move against Janemba.

It was used in canon again against Broly although the technique barely scratched him (since supposedly it only harms evil and Broly is a pure hearted boy)

It's kinda weird Gogeta never used it in GT against Omega Shenron.

Or the Earth Atmosphere now that we're at it.

Frieze's death beam was so iconic that even Manga Cell used it.

And Manga Cell was way not that big on using stolen techniques to begin with.

Give it up for ya boy, the Kaio Ken.

With that out the way, it's safe to say the remaining techniques will be Spirit Bomb, Ultra Instinct, and Kamehameha. Maybe not in that order.

It was already posted twice before on the last page.

But hey, nice to see it again. #4 is a good spot.

Pretty sure ultra instinct is a transformation.

I'm near certain we're getting Spirit Bomb, Kamehameha, and Frieza's finger gun. That thing has a big kill count. Frieza killed Dende and Vegeta with it, and I'm pretty sure that was the move Cell used to kill Trunks.

ugh, their rant about Goku not teaching it to the others really makes the video a turn off

It's incredibly obvious why no-one else uses it: teaching an obsolete technique to obsolete characters won't do shit to counter their obsolescence.

Only Piccolo could have potentially been relevant with it, but if he was given it it would step on the toes of his more personal and monumental power-ups, his fusions.

I mean, if anyone was going to teach them the Kaio-ken, it would have been King Kai. That's why they all went to see him, and he never taught them.

Well, they went to him for training, and he trained them. That doesn't mean they need to have learned specifically that.

Especially given that it's a very difficult technique to master.

I just find it a bit odd the assumption is always "Goku didn't teach" and not "they didn't ask". Does anyone really think if they did ask he wouldn't be up for it?

Saiga is right that the Kaioken became obsolete. That's another thing we can thank Frieza for.

He raised the bar so damned high that a technique that probably could have still been useful became utterly useless since every enemy that would follow would be stronger than the guy who showed it was useless.

I don't like it, but that's how things went down. I could say more on that, but it wouldn't be anything new on the subject really.

The Base Saiyans are astronomically stronger than the Humans and have a form that can increase their strength 50 times, with not nearly as much drawbacks as the Kaioken.

Meanwhile the humans would probably kill themselves in trying to raise it to 20 times.

Kaioken would have changed nothing.

also Saiyans are just sturdier than humans in general

Goku and Vegeta's tenacity is partially cause of Saiyan toughness.

It's the reason Goku was as strong as or stronger most adults at his age.

Of course, this just makes things more unfair: Goku has his racial traits as a Saiyan, and learns all the best techniques.

Guy has so many things in his favour that it can be frustrating for people who like other characters, especially when they exist to make Goku look good when he really doesn't need it.

Actually, i think there is a technique that we kinda glossed over.

Fusion. Or maybe this counts as a transformation?

If we're talking about the Metamori Dance fusion, I guess it would be both, since that one has some physical requirements.

If we're talking Potarra fusion, than that would purely be a transformation I'd say.

I wonder if Resident evil styled zombies, if they had the ability to train in dragon ball styled training, would be better fit at defending the earth then the actual humans in the series?

I'd laugh my ass off it someone could make such an idea work. Instead of a rocket launcher, Nemesis fires a kamehameha from his hands. XD!

The humans would be fine if the Glass ceiling wasn't both incredibly low for them, but often deliberately lowering ever more, while the Saiyans don't even have that limitation.

They are already more than strong enough, it's just that the rest of the universe is Saitama to them.

Munchkin is a term in this very wiki. And you in particular don't get to accuse others of making up words.
