I thought Australia was the deadliest place ever.

Well, in truth it is a toss up between the Amazon and Australia.

The thing is, the Amazon is mostly uninhibited, so it doesn't have as much memetic traction going for it.

It's also mostly on fire nowadays.

So the difference between the Amazon and Australia is that the English didn't put a bunch of unwanted white people in a boat and ship them off to go be someone else's problem and then die in the Amazon.

The Spanish did.

Considering most of the Amazon is in Brazil, I believe it would be more accurate to say the Portuguese did it.

That chain of posts was definitely a confusing tangent though, considering the origin.

To be fair, some of the injokes are from like 8-10 years ago, on other threads. Not being in on them isn't ideal, but there's always the potential to start new ones!

I'm just confused as to what injokes we're talking about here. Hail Muffins fighting Saiga in a Dragon Ball wasteland like with Goku and Vegeta? Saiga being the Pope of the Dragon Ball Forum? It's right under his picture.
