It's an exaggeration of an actual line from source material. Bulma not only immediately identifies Dr. Gero on sight after arriving, but when they subsequently ask if she knows where his lab is, she just does. For some f*cking reason. Paraphrasing, they're just like,
- Bulma: Hey, that was Dr. Gero. Weird. I didn't know he worked for the Red Ribbon Army!
- Vegeta: You know him?! Great! Where's his lab, woman?
- Bulma: It's in the mountains north of the city.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.(Dub Quote): I. Know. What. I saw Vegeta!! There was a picture of that old guy in one of my dad's old science magazines and underneath it in big bold letters it said (emphasized) DR. GERO!

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. In fairness to Future Bulma, Present Bulma admits that she didn't know Dr. Gero was the guy building the androids or even that he worked for Red Ribbon at all. Assuming that Androids 19 and 20 either didn't exist in the Future Timeline or were as outclassed as they were in this one, it's unlikely that Future Bulma would have ever found out.
17 killed Gero right after awakening. Without the advance warning of the future to tell them this is happening, Bulma never would have been near South City to see Android 20 even if he did exist. As that's the only thing that tips her off to Dr. Gero's identity, Future Bulma just straight-up wouldn't know about it.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. They are linked, but Goku Black didn't necessarily come to Earth recently. According to the manga, he was around to watch Trunks vs Dabura, and it's also not clear when exactly that happened. There's about 10 years between Trunks killing Cell and the Future Trunks arc, but we don't know how long Goku Black's been hanging around.
The idea is that Trunks traveling should not split timelines as he's going no further back in time.
This isn't actually consistent with Black's timeline but it's what they were going for. And without that, there's no reason for him to visit that particular time.
The manga definitely establishes that bit
So I was randomly musing. I think it's more that DBZA Frieza just has a much better head for numbers than names. Like possibly an eidetic memory, but only for numbers.
He can personally recall the number of every single disposable minion, he remembers the number of every Frieza planet, and can keep an exhaustive running tally of heroic speeches which is frankly more impressive at this point than blowing up a planet.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them. It's also a number used in the name of a brand of a cleaning product, which had memorable commercials during the years TFS were kids. I can't think of many other numbers in the hundreds/thousands that had memorable cultural significance during their youth (assuming they're around my age).
I just realized the possibility that there will be (Good) Majin Android 21 cosplayers this upcoming convention season.
MY BODY IS READY.

Probably.
I'll be honest, I don't like 21 very much. Admittedly, I've only gotten through the Super Warrior Arc and three chapters into the Enemy Warrior Arc, but she has not grown on me.
The way 90% of her dialogue consists of orgasming at the thought of turning people into sugary treats is very reminiscent of Majin Buu's introduction, but he didn't stay at the Fat Buu stage. It was his weakest and most innocent form. He progressed to Super Buu the stoic Terminator, then absorbed protagonists to become the intelligent and sadistic Buutenks/colo/han, and then closed out with the raw, uncontrollable fury of Pure Buu.
I've been waiting for her to reveal a more menacing side and given that it never happened all the way up to her actual death in the Super Warrior Arc, I've kinda given up hope that it's going to happen at all. I'd like to say that the juxtaposition of her upbeat and peppy attitude towards turning people into treats and devouring them is at least unnerving but, like, I've already seen Fat Buu.
That's basically all she is. The first form of Majin Buu with none of the stuff that follows, very little of the tension, and boobs. She feels more like one of the cheap, blatant rip-off movie villains than an actual Dragon Ball adversary.

Because that's what popped up when I searched youtube for "419 commercial." And it IS a cleaning product.

Gero also name-drops Frappe when he runs down the list of scientists who knew the location of his lab.
The "all mad scientists know where each others' labs are" joke missed me. Is that actually a trope, or was it just a funny line?
