Well, the one Gotenks/Boo use to escape the RoSaT is in the manga, but Gohan-Boo's is filler.
I know they've said they will never use filler (when asked to add the Spice Boys) but they started putting filler moves in as regular attacks in so I don't know if they only really have it against filler characters.
Yeah, I referred to Gohan-Buu's universe-tearing one.
And Gotenks-Buu does have the Special Beam Cannon as an attack, which is filler, right (Though a logical extension to his absorption of Piccolo)?
Oh, does first form Frieza's being the death ball he destroyed Bardock and Planet Vegeta with count as filler?

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Random question: What would Super Saiyan Nappa look like? Would he have a lustrous mane?
Lol at the first thing being Vegeta using Yamcha's attack. "Videl" and "Gohan". This'll be a great video.
I gotta say though, if it can hit multiple times, Spirit Ball is kinda cool.
On the subject of characters, even the Android Saga still had the humans do something. The Saiyans didn't really take over until around Tien's "big moment", and especially during Buu. What I'd have liked was...
- no Goten
- Gohan, Piccolo and the others (to a lesser extent) training Trunks
- significantly decreased Hercule emphasis. But, I would keep his Character Development, and Videl's. Just speed it along a bit.
- slightly reduced Vegeta emphasis
- A decreased multiplier effect for Super Saiyans and a lower max power for everyone across the board.
- Replace that god guy who judged the other-world tournament with Supreme Kai. Cut down on the levels of gods in this series.
- Remove Uub, but keep Majin Buu as reformed (and world amnesia whatever). Because really, did Uub ever do anything?
- Remove fusion (Potara and the dance). I guess it was supposed to be alright, but in the end it did nothing. Could stay in games for more unique stories.
- As a concept, fusion even did nothing for Piccolo, sadly. But it gave us NAAAAAAIIIIIIIILLLLLLL!!! as a recurring character, so that's a plus.
- Cut down on the padding and the "huh-huh-huh! Haaaaaaaaa! what?! Huh-huh!" 'fight scenes', and actually do something interesting with the fights and the plot.
- Gohan is the strongest alive, Goku is the strongest dead.
Things that can stay from GT:
- A Tuffle arc. Still I'd have to say that they should be beaten by humans and saiyans working together.
- Great Golden Monkey. Why the hell not?
- Piccolo dying honorably once Gohan takes the lead, and keeping Hell in line. Preferably with 16 and Dabura working under him, and him able to hang out in Heaven if he wanted.
Mustache Vegeta. Cameos from other characters from along the way, like Vagabond 17.
Yeah, more than I intended to write for changes. Oh well. And you can't really emphasize everyone, because there's getting to be too many people for that. Still, maybe have Tien beat that Babadi minion that drained light, by putting his Solar Flare into overdrive. Or something, I don't know. And Yamcha would probably still retire.
So I found a cooking spice that was Vegeta brand. Huh.

Bah, the humans were never relevant. Dragon Ball has been the Saiyan show even when Goku was the only Saiyan, putting the humans out of the spotlight (read: bitter humiliation zone) is the nicest thing Toriyama has done for them.
According to Dragon Ball Online: Grows a mohawk.
You forgot:
According to BT 3: hypothetical giant golden goatee.
Also, woah, the US had its own soundtrack? I only ever got to see European dubs, so I had no idea they replaced the music like that. There seems to be an excessive amount of metal at some points, but I think the original could have use some more action paced music from time to time. As it was, the soundtrack was pretty much unchanging from the start of the Saiyan saga to the end.
Though the Broly movie has a truly ridiculous amount of screaming and metal in it. As if I needed more reasons to find him a stupid character.
And since we were talking about video games moves earlier, someone explain this to me: in Budokai Tenkaichi 2, Cell's ultimate in his 3rd form is the Solar Kamehameha. Then, for some ridiculous reason, Perfect Cell's ultimate is the Spirit Bomb. What the hell was the train of thought that led to that? Later games seems to have gone with a far more sensible Perfect Barrier -> Solar Kamehameha though.

It's the move Krillin uses to kill all the Saibamen. He fires an energy beam into the sky that splits and rains down on foes, MIRV style.
On Super Saiyan Nappa
There have been many concept arts by fans. I like this one
