Hmmm. Ok. Lets leave cheap trick out for now. Most of the other dudes I mentioned would probably work.
One Strip! One Strip!I hope that when Cell comes back he says he's gone above and beyond Perfect to become "Super Perfect", and Vegeta makes some kind of callback to the "you're either perfect or you're not me." conversation.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Eh, those jokes are funny in the moment but they don't age well. The one from the Frieza arc where Krillin's like, "We're STILL on Namek!" was a good way of doing it because it doesn't have to be about the production schedule. When watching the episodes in order through the archive, you can still get a laugh out of it because of how obnoxiously long the Namek arc felt to Dragon Ball fans.
The Cell Games doesn't have the same reputation. It'd be funny right now, but the humor would be lost when the episode's viewed in order with the others.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.- Trunks: Wait, that doesn't make any sense. How can you be Super Perfect?
- Cell: ...
- Trunks: ...
- Cell blasts a hole in Trunks.
- Cell: Like that, smartass.
- Vegeta: I'm not impressed! I can do that too! Right, boy?! ...boy?

Rohan's a normal person with a non-superhuman back, though. I don't think Cheap Trick is strong enough to rip Goku's back off if people looked at Goku's back.
