The most accurate accent for Goku would be more like Osaka in the dub of Azumanga Daioh.

How does character 13 know that?
How extreme are Goku and Chi-Chi's accents? Because I frequently catch myself omitting the last letter of some words if the second-to-last letter is N, like 'doin', 'thinkin', 'don', 'wasn', etc, alongside some other occasional slips of the tongue where I lazily leave out a sound from a word, and I definitely don't have an actual southern drawl.

Umm Goku's is decently prominent. Slurs and draws them out his vowel sounds, 'ai', 'ei', 'oi' and 'ae' come out sounding like 'ee', however he has none of the actual grammar changes.
Chi Chi had it all till the tournament when she basically loses the phonetic differences but still keeps most but not all the grammar changes, biggest one she keeps is adding 'da' after verbs.
Gohan and Goten speak perfect Tokyo-ben Japanese and both use 'Boku' in Z, Ultimate Gohan uses 'Ore' in Z and in the episode of Super where he challenged Goku. Gotenks uses 'Ore' as well.
Ohh forgot to mention that when Goku goes Super Saiyan until his training with Gohan, he switches from 'Ora' to 'Ore', after his training there he sticks with Ora unless he is fused with Vegeta where it is exclusively Vegeta influenced Ore or really super cocky 'Ore-sama'.

That's true.
Anyway for those who are interested in everyone else's personal pronouns.
- Pan: “Watashi”
- Uub: “Oira”, uber hick version of "Ora"
- Satan: “Ore” till the end of the series in which he switches to “Watashi”
- Goten: "Boku", switches to "Ore" in GT
- Krillin: "Boku" as a kid switches to “Ore” in the Piccolo Jr arc. He always uses "Watashi" or "Watakushi" when talking to Master Roshi out of respect.
- Yamcha: “Ore”
- Tenshinhan: “Ore”
- Chiaotzu: "Boku"
- Yajirobe: “Ore”
- Oolong: "Ore"
- Puar: "Boku"
- Piccolo: "Ore" unless he is doing his "I'm evil" thing then it is "Ore-sama". During the Freeza fight he uses "Ore-tachi", the plural form of "Ore", it's dropped after the fight.
- Kami: “Watashi”
- Dende: “Boku”
- Shenlong : “Watashi”
- Bulma: “Watashi” till the start of the Freeza arc then switches to the more girly “Atashi” and never goes back. She uses “Ore” in that whole thing with General Blue.
- Videl: “Atashi”
- Lunch: “Watashi” with purple hair “Ore” as a blonde.
- Vegeta:“Ore”, unless getting cocky then it is “Ore-sama”.
- Future Trunks: in series its "Ore" in his special it is "Boku"
- Kid Trunks: "Boku" unless fused.
- Master Roshi : “Washi”
- Dr. Brief: “Washi”
- Bulma’s mother: “Watashi”
- Korin : “Washi”
- King Enma: “Washi”
- King Kai: “Washi”
- Supreme Kai: “Watashi”
- Mister Popo: "Mister Popo"
- Demon King Piccolo: “Washi” old, “Watashi” when made young again. Never uses "Ore" at all.
- Freeza: He switches often mostly "Watashi" in 1st and 3rd form, 2nd form uses "Ore", final form uses "Boku" till getting hit with the spirit bomb then goes back to "Ore", mecha Freeza uses "Boku".
- Cell: "Watashi", switches to "Ore" as he was about to go boom.
- 17: "Ore" unless pretending to obey Gero then "Watashi"
- 18: "Watashi"

They have something that's similar enough.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Yes. Because that's how far from civilization they are. Expecting anything more conventional is like asking for the street address to the peak of Mt. Everest.
EDIT: Kame House probably doesn't have a proper street address either.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Just to sound out on something minor he mused about in that video, I'm starting to get the impression that Super is setting up a kind of "what if a character like Pan was a straight up human," or similar, with Marron. At least, she girl's starting to evolve into something of a battle enthusiast, even if she hasn't as of yet been directly involved in any adventures (which may be about to change literally within the next few weeks).

It would be odd for them to suddenly claim humans could get the powerful.
I mean, Uub is a reborn eldritch abomination, and 17 and 18 are modified humans.
It's pretty hard to believe Mar(r)on could suddenly become super powerful from being the daughter of an Android CYBORG.
I suppose it's possible that Pan has no saiyan genes, but again, that wouldn't let her be that strong, because Toriyama doesn't care about the humans outside of fights.
One Strip! One Strip! This is a series where Android 17 can apparently keep pace with Super Saiyan Blue Goku after all these years. Where Krillin is able to beat Gohan. They don't particularly care much about keeping the battle powers consistent.

True but we can still give them shit for not being consistent.

Literally no-one else lives in the same zip code as the Son family.
