I've never watched it, but entries on This Very Wiki have me seriously considering it. Would it offend my delicate sensibilities? Also, does it do any weird Photoshopping or tinkering with the series' animation?

^^Swearing is bleeped out... barely.
It's like the source material, but exaggerated for (extra-strength) comedy. The 'shopping is usually done well enough and briefly enough that it's not jarring. Otherwise it's just clever editing.
You really do have to have watched/read at least the first Dragon Ball to appreciate some of the jokes, though.
Edit: Never mind, you've written a DB crossover fic - you're familiar enough. :-)

Continuity creep is setting in.

The recent episodes have pretty much been on big reference to Wrestling. However, overall I would agree with you. I guess that comes equally from the team, maturing as writers and the main source of the jokes changing. With Raditz, most of the humor came indeed from references, but ever since the Saiyan Sage, the main source for jokes is the power difference between the characters.
Aw! Ginyu-in-Goku's-body was hilarious. Shame they didn't prolong it for more than one episode.

Unfortunately not, apparently. I'd love to see them apply the same acting methods they used for this episode again.
His name is Lanipator. It's pronounced "lani-pah-TOR", not "lanny-pator". He voices Krillin, Vegeta, Piccolo and Popo. He is also the creator of Yu Yu Hakusho Abridged.
Yeah, his Vegeta voice is really good. Hell, I could even see him in the regular series. The episode itself was alright, though, ironically enough, it did felt a bid like filler. Favorite joke was the Yamcha-Raditz comparison. For some reason, i find all this trash talk about his power level hilarious.
Also, the way Masakox and however voices Ginyu were imitating each other speech pattern was really impressive, especially Ginyu!Goku.

I got to admit... That's some of the best acting I've seen in an Abridged Series and easily better than a lot of web things in general acting-wise.
I'm thinking they did the same thing as Justice League Unlimited: first the characters whose personality is speaking recorded the line to show how it's supposed to be spoken, and then the character whose mouth is speaking recorded it in an imitation of that.
I should probably be glad about how they ultimately dealt with Ginyu, considering how he ended up in canon.
But Vegeta's last line was almost indecipherable to me with how quickly Lan said it. Hooray for Youtube comments (although people can't spell 'psyche' properly at all).

So many good quotes...
Vegeta (deadpan): "Wheeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!"
"Psyche! 8 for 8!"
"Right in the Down Under."
"Mine! Mine! Mine! Mine! Mine! MIIINE!"
Among others.

CURSE YOU ALL.
