I should have thought to look for this song/anime combination sooner.

This one's pretty good, but I wish I could find one that uses a non-remixed version of the song.

I could swear I've seen this before, but I don't think it's been linked.

There need to be more AMVs for Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro Chan. (Gore warning.)

I've been on a Bloodhound Gang kick lately. (Slightly milder gore warning.)

I've always thought this song sounded overconfident. (American warning.)

I have no idea what the hell this is, but it's cool. (Vaguely recall mention of this as Canadian.)

I've been trying to find a good vid for "Welcome to the Masquerade," but so far, the only I've found that's up to snuff is for a video game. Oh well . . .

There are a lot of videos for "Start Wearing Purple," but I'll give this to the one where the villain actually wears purple.

Aside from the Takashi/Rei shipping, I can say with certainty that this is the best HOTD AMV I have ever seen.

Huh, another Monster one to the same song. Interesting.

Some of my personal favourites: Why by Raitei and The Price of Freedom by Creed both deal with War Is Hell in a very good way. Pretty much everthing by recently retired from AMV-making Farm is awesome. For High Octane Nightmare Fuel check out Maniaki or this combination of HONF and Tear Jerker.

I think this might have been posted before, but I can't find it. I have no idea what this show's about, but I'm kind of curious.

Speaking of kind of curious, the few shows I do recognize in this make me all the more curious about the ones I don't. (We don't even have an entry for "Amazing Nuts.")

Just try to watch this without cracking up. (Incidentally, this is the same villain as in the "Kaboom Kaboom" video I linked several pages ago.) Edit: Him again, and dear God is it creepy.

Not as good as the same song set to Happy Tree Friends, but not as sanity-blasting either. I just wish the creator hadn't overdone the slowdown effects quite so much. (And speaking of effects-heavy vids that are just slightly less awesome than ones for other shows . . .)

The first really good AMV I've seen for Elfen Lied. (Gore warning. Also, check out the other stuff by the artist—I refuse to spoil exactly how he sums up the Light x Misa pairing, but suffice it to say that he uses Weird Al.)

In conjunction with the above artist's "Slipping," I'm starting to think that Death Note + Dr Horribles Sing Along Blog = automatic gold.

If I was going to defend AMVs as a legitimately artistic form of pastiche, I'd use this video.

I have no idea why I like this video as much as I do. (Offensive lyrics; don't listen with your parents around.)

I'm normally suspicious of videos on which comments are disabled, but this is one of the better fight videos I've seen. (There aren't many good videos for that show, although this one has some good moments, and this one cuts pretty close to its core themes.)

This is the first time I've actually seen a video for Fate Stay Night, so it's kind of surprising to suddenly recognize avatars and page images I hadn't given thought to before.

A cute little video for a show I love.

For the same show: Two videos that I can't believe I laughed at. (Second is not musical in nature. Both contain spoilers.)

One of those videos inspired a search that led me to this. It's not an AMV, but it is musical, and it is awesome.

Well, there goes my evening.

Fixed the typo in the title. (And it seems I added a "u"... Well, Commonwealth spelling comes more naturally to me, but I wasn't trying to impose it on you. I don't think anyone will mind, though. (If you do, holler this thread again.) )

Oh dang that Nichijou AMV put a Futurama reference at the front, I immediately love it forever.

I don't mind a commonwealth U every now and then as long as those who employ them aren't snotty about it. And frankly either spelling is better than a misspelling.

Has anyone seen an AMV of this song, but themed to Mirai Nikki?

...because the two were made for each other.

Bumping with new content:

I get the impression this show is mostly about horrible people, but at least they're awesome horrible people.

Okay, maybe it's possible to make them sympathetic. (Other good vids include "Demons of the Past" and "Two Hands." In general, any video for this show has at least a 30% chance of being decent.)
