- In Max0r's "An Incorrect Summary of ULTRAKILL Part 2," Max shows off that you can enrage V2 by punching him with his own arm, the Knuckleblaster. It turns him into a screaming, raging mess.
V2: YOU MOTHERFUCKER!!!
Max0r: He loves it when you do that.
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Ernesto de La Cruz seems like a fatherly, talented and kind character, but in reality, he is a vile, greedy, murderous and manipulative plagiarist.
Anime And Manga/Beastars
- Shaking the Rump: In one episode, Jack briefly shakes his butt while singing about Legoshi being in love.
- Karma Houdini Warranty: Buldeo disobeys the orders of Nathoo by killing animals for the heck of it other than for food and leaves the guide to be killed by a vengeful Shere Kahn. 20 Years later, Buldeo gets buried alive as punishment for his crimes.

- Not the First Victim: When the employee runs towards Pandory's stage, it heavily suggests that Aiden is far from being his first victim.
- Ensemble Dark Horse: Pilot Saluki is insanely popular with fans due to her attractive character and attire.
Western Animation/Arthur
- Karma Houdini: In the infamous episode "So Funny, I Forgot to Laugh", Arthur's friends received zero punishment for their hypocrisy towards Arthur.
Thanks, Arivne.
- With the DSi Shop closing on March 31, 2017 and the 3DS eShop closing on March 27, 2023, it is no longer possible to obtain any of the DSiWare titles legitimately, which includes WarioWare Snapped! and the two standalone spin-off titles, Bird and Beans and Paper Airplane Chase.
- Awesome Music: While the track is shorter, DK Island Swing
makes a very graceful transition to the Game Boy's 8-bit sound chip, and it is just as fun and swinging as its SNES counterpart, despite being on technically weaker hardware. Some even prefer it to the original track.
- First Installment Wins: While the later titles are regarded to be far better gameplay-wise, many still prefer the first title for being a more distinctive and original experience than its sequels, which are downscaled ports of Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!.
- Polished Port: Many fans will tell you to play the game on the Super Game Boy, the Game Boy Color, or the Game Boy Advance instead of the original Game Boy (or on the Nintendo 3 DS Virtual Console). This is mainly due to the former three bringing one simple but effective change, the addition of different colors for the sprites and backgrounds, which helps to remove much of the Fake Difficulty that can come from playing it on the original system (since the Game Boy's screen is entirely monochrome, there is no distinction between the sprites and backgrounds, which can lead to unintentional deaths. This is also why many don't recommend playing it on the 3DS either, since the Game Boy Virtual Console offers no color options).
- Visual Effects of Awesome: Rare managed to translate the then-revolutionary 3D CGI graphics of Donkey Kong Country 1 to the far weaker Game Boy with flying colors, as the game still looks pretty good today. However, as impressive as the transition was, some feel this is to the game's detriment, as the Game Boy's smaller and monochrome screen, combined with Land's busy CGI backgrounds and giant sprites, can lead to moments of Fake Difficulty due to it being next to impossible to tell what is in the background and the foreground (which can lead to some unfair deaths). This problem isn't as bad when played on a Super Game Boy, Game Boy Color or Game Boy Advance since they make the sprites more defined thanks to their addition of color.
YMMV.Donkey Kong Country:
- Broken Base: The absence of King K. Rool and the Kremlings in Retro's titles has divided the fandom. Some are okay with their absence, arguing that it allows Retro's titles to stand out more from Rare's and that the additions like the Tiki Tong Tribe and the Snowmads do a great job at further expanding upon the Donkey Kong universe and keeping the games fresh. Others, however, despise their absence, given how much of an iconic staple they are in the Donkey Kong Country franchise, and consider the Tiki Tong Tribe and the Snowmads to be uninteresting and unsuitable replacements who don't do anything that couldn't have already been done with King K. Rool and the Kremlings.

Thank you Arivne.
- In Fear and Fashion
- As a villain is about to lose the gang after entering a hotel elevator, Sunny comes up with an Indy Ploy to have the gang each run to a different floor and hit the button to make the elevator stop there, then hide to see if their adversary gets off. And since they are spread out across different floors and the elevator's repeated stops are slowing it down, they are able to keep pace with the elevator by racing up more flights of stairs to pull the same trick on more floors until the villain finally does get off.
- As the Villain of the Week is changing clothes in a bathroom stall to sneak out of the building in the climax, Richelle snatches the villain's clothes from the stall they are hanging over and then strolls out of the bathroom to tell the others that the fugitive is trapped and (due to being naked) won't be able to sneak off before the police come.
- In The Case of Crazy Claude:
- After the kids fill out a questionnaire about their personal lives for rumored Mad Scientist Claude Craze, he says that based on the answers Big Eater Tom gave about his diet, they have to check him for worms.
- The kids initially think Claude and his lawyer/twin brother are one person with multiple personalities who keeps changing clothes. When they admit this misconception, Claude is insulted that they thought he would try such a ridiculous disguise and says he would have to be crazy to think it would work, before trailing off awkwardly when he realizes they did think he was crazy.
- After Claude reveals how his experiments involve harnessing energy from people as they walk and work, he gets in a jab about how the notoriously lazy Richelle barely gathered enough energy to power a household appliance for a minute or two.
- The Igor: In The Case of Crazy Claude, the eponymous inventor's lab assistant Eric is a hairy, slouching man who wears baggy clothes and rarely speaks except to grunt and make comments about cartoons. He does get some Hidden Depths in the final chapters, though, albeit in a bad way: his slouch, hair, wardrobe, and seemingly low intelligence are all fake so that Claude won't recognize "Eric" as a rival inventor who has been stealing Claude's ideas.
Fridge Horror:
- In Going for the Gold, Thatcher and his allies conclude that the murder was the result of a dishonest but not initially murderous person Jumping Off the Slippery Slope in order to silence the murder victim, Yves Bisson, who was working with the murderer to pull off a big theft but made an incriminating mistake. However, the murderer had a rifle on hand to kill Yves when there was no legitimate reason to bring one to Lake Placid and it would have been hard getting one without leaving behind evidence in the few hours it took to plan the murder. This could mean that the murderer was always going to kill Yves out of No Honor Among Thieves greed and just changed the timing of the crime in response to his mistake.
@ Jeremiah
- In "Voices in the Dark":
- Smith adapts a convincing New Jersey accent and bluffs his way past a suspicious guard who Smith charms so much the man never even looks at his (nonexistent) ID papers.
- Resistance leader Rachel beats up one goon while using his gun to shoot another without even taking it out of his hand.
- The speech Rachel makes about how she began opposing Shadow Dictator Daniel because she can see that what he is doing is wrong, and if she chose to wait for someone else to oppose him from within, that someone might never come.
@ Jeremiah
- In "Voices in the Dark", when the main trio meet Rebel Leader Rachel, she is confused by how Mister is Smith's first name. Kurdy says it is a long story, but Smith quickly explains it and smugly tells Kurdy it wasn’t long after all. Rachel then insists on being called Ms. Rachel, and Kurdy snarks at Smith for this while Smith calls himself a trend-setter. Smith is also pretty annoyed when Rachel says she had heard of Jeremiah and Kurdy but not him.
@ Jeremiah
- The montage of Sims and his soldiers attacking the Neutral No Longer town of Ridgeway and killing or abducting frightened civilians, which is juxtaposed with haunting music and the main cast enjoying a happy dinner while Smith has a Thousand-Yard Stare due to a dangerous sense of foreboding.
@ Jeremiah
- Is Libby lying when she says that she is In Love with the Mark after seducing Jeremiah to spy on him. She has a flat and unemotional look on her face when she makes that statement and could just be saying it to make Smith more conflicted about their standoff?
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Libby spends the first half of season 2 being a snarky, eager-to-please Genki Girl and Wide-Eyed Idealist. But once she's revealed as The Mole for the Valhalla Sector, she watches Sims killing and kidnapping townspeople she has just befriended and then compliments his efficiency, while also mocking Smith for his eccentric reputation after he catches her spying and trying to kill him even after he shows a desire not to hurt her and is willing to let her go.

Lanfeust
- Conditional Powers: It's rare, but a few character can only use their magic power under certain condition. C'ian can only use her magic during the night, Glin can only use it when he's angry and Léandre can only use it when he's scared.
- Wedding Smashers: When C'ian is forced to marry Bugrenne, Lanfeust interupt the ceremony to save her and has to fight through the guests and Bugrenne's guards to save her. When Lanfeust loses hopes as he's facing too many people at once and C'ian is unable to heal him with her magic, Hébus arrives in time to massacre some of Lanfeust's opponents and forces Bugrenne to divorce C'ian right as the wedding ceremony is completed.
Le Chat
- Bait-and-Switch Suicide: One strip starts with The Cat entering his son's room and seeing his son's legs dangling from the above as if he hanged himself. The Cat asks "What did I do to deserve this?", and it turns out his son is just doing pull-ups. The Cat then tearfully complains that his son is doing gymnastic instead of his homework.
Madness Combat: Character (The Auditor)
- Iconic Sequel Character: Despite being the series' Big Bad and the one in charge of all these mooks trying to kill Hank since the beginning, he's only revealed in "Consternation", the seventh episode in the series.
For Complete Monster.
- Rocket Robin Hood
- Warlord of Saturn is despot scheming to rule the galaxy. Capturing Little John and brainwashing him in order to destroy Robin and his Marry Men and take over the Sherwood asteroid. Finding out that library of Gorth is in Robin’s possesion, Infinata puls him and Will Scarlett into Dimentia Five and tries to persuade the into giving up the library by tormenting the with illusions. Encoutering Robin again, Infinata puts him on the missile heading for the Sherwood asteroid, making him either dissable the missile of die with rest of his Marry Men.
- Values Dissonance.
- Number villains are depicted as Yellow Peril. Warlord of Saturn is most notable, but others like Cosmos Khan and Lord of the Underworld suffer from the same problem. Lord of the Underworld is notable example since unlike others he seems to be a human and is depicted as Evil Dwarf, another Unfortunately stereotype obout Asian people.
- Female characters are incredebly rare and ones whe are present are portayed rather stereotipicly, mostly as Damsel In Disstres. Notable example is Princess Lia from “The Ghost Pirates” who has no lines except terrified scream.

Eustass "Captain" Kid
- Fatal Flaw: Kidd is known for his ruthlessness on the open seas and fearless impulsiveness that rivals his fellow Pirate King contender Luffy. While, like Luffy, it can get him into serious trouble at times, his wanton desire for carnage ultimately causes his bid to become Pirate King to be brought to a screeching halt by Shanks as a result making the costly mistake of threatening the lives of his fleet.
- Easily Forgiven: In the episode "Frome Hopeless to Helpless", Underdog shows no ill will towards the townsfolk after they ask for his forgiveness.
- Shaking the Rump: In a few episodes, Gummi and Kala shake their butts while dancing.
Western Animation/Arthur
- Frame-Up: In a few episodes, a character or two gets framed.
- In the episode "Binky Rules", Binky becomes a prime suspect for graffiti on the school, but he claims it wasn't him.
- In the episode "MacFrensky", Muffy has Francine frame Brain for stealing Buster's toy. Later when Arthur and Buster become suspicious, Muffy has Francine try to frame them during a test by using cheat sheets.
- In the episode "Crime and Consequences", George accidentally breaks a model Ferris wheel that was made in woodworking class but Binky takes the blame due to him thinking it was dumb.

Kidd is known for his ruthlessness on the open seas and fearless impulsiveness
^ So he's known for his ruthlessness on the open seas, but not when he's on land? That's what that statement implies. Did you mean "known on the open seas for his ruthlessness and fearless impulsiveness that rival his..."?

When you're talking about two or more people of the same gender, be careful when replacing one of their names with a gendered pronoun. It can confuse the reader.

Thanks Arivne.
- Ensemble Dark Horse: Grumpy the t-rex and Big Alice the allosaurus are two of the most praised things about the movie, due to being more faithful recreations of characters from the show than any of the human characters, but with CGI that makes them look realistic and frightening. Grumpy's It Can Think grudge against Rick is highly praised and fans mourn how Big Alice dies in her first scene.
@ Jeremiah
- Omnidisciplinary Scientist: Devon is a brilliant virologist and is also a good radio engineer who sets up communication systems in multiple locations.
- In The Case of Crazy Claude, the kids realize someone may be stealing from inventor Claude Craze. Claude’s brother and lawyer Chris (one of the suspects) drives a very expensive sports car and has good suits. He is innocent and his spending ability comes from being a successful lawyer who also inherited money from his father.
- Honest Corporate Executive: Nick’s father runs a prosperous import-export for all kinds of products. While his business rarely gets much attention when (in The Case of Crazy Claude) he learns that one of his associates is a thief, he helps trap the man, spreads word about his untrustworthiness, and helps the victim of the thefts get the money and success that should have been his all along.
- Gate Guardian: The immortal Doc Brass is first introduced standing guard by a portal to another dimension in case Invading Refugees ever come though and try to slaughter the people of Earth like they did during the incident which killed Brass's team and left him with broken legs which still haven't healed in the thirty years he has been at his vigil.
- Land of the Lost: the t-rex known as Grumpy is a cunning predator who shows no favoritism to humans despite having some understanding of sentience. He becomes a Super-Persistent Predator determined to kill Dr. Rick Marshall after Marshall harshly mocks Grumpy's intelligence and says his brain is the size of a walnut. Grumpy dumps a melon-sized walnut outside of the cave the humans are hiding in to emphasize his understanding of that comment and anger over it, but he also shows patience while stalking his prey, avoiding dangerous areas and hiding too far away for the humans to notice him. He can see through deceptions meant to avoid him, and forms a brief, coordinated Enemy Mine alliance with a rival dinosaur to try to trap and kill Rick. He finally swallows Rick, but lets him live after Rick clears up an internal obstruction in his stomach, with Grumpy then acting as The Big Guy for the humans when they fight a group of sinister aliens and developing a mutual respect with Rick before they part ways.

- Best Level Ever: As far as worlds go, Big Ape City is the major fan favorite and is regarded to be the most memorable world in the game. This is because in contrast to the previous worlds, which are remixed versions of pre-existing DKC1 worlds, it is a unique location that notably shifts away from the typical locales associated with the series in favor of taking place in a large city, which allows for some fun and unique gimmicks and challenges that are not typically found anywhere else in the series. The implication that Big Ape City is the city in which Mario fought the original DK/Cranky is only the cherry on top.note
- No Port for You: The game was notably not ported to Super Mario 3D All-Stars, despite being a direct sequel to Super Mario Galaxy, which was featured on the compilation. Its absence from the collection is not explained.

The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants
- Big "NO!": In the episode "Captain Underpants and the Tenuous Takedown of the Tyrannical Teachertrons", one of the Teachertrons shouts "No" when another Teachertron "dies".
Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness
- Ensemble Dark Horse: Song has gained a massive fan base despite only appearing in the episode "Ladies of the Shade". This is because she is sweet, adorable and willing to help Po out of a jam later on. She even has a few fan arts.
- Ensemble Dark Horse: Tangle has become popular with Sonic fans. This is due to her being funny, brave and awesome. She even appears outside of comics in the form of plush toys and even appears in two Sonic apps.
