This thread is for tropers who have trouble with English and would like some help with the crazy grammar of this crazy language.
Write down what you wish to edit on the wiki. If you have been suspended from editing, another troper might be kind enough to edit for you after your suggestions have been corrected.
The thread is for help and feedback on your own suggested edits.
If you want help correcting other people's edits (e.g., if you find a page which seems to have grammar problems but want a second opinion, or you don't feel able to fix it by yourself) then that's off-topic here, but we have a separate Grammar Police cleanup thread
that can provide assistance.

Thanks, Arivne.
I re-clarified the soundtrack thing, as I was talking about its cover art
, not so much the soundtrack itself.

Are You Sure You Want to Do That?
Folder->Video Game
- In HoloCure, the Halu item (the Indonesian word for "delusional") is a high risk high reward item. Each upgrade spawns more enemies and they become stronger with each level, though it gives one coin per every 5/4/3/2/1 kills. On the fourth level, the game even asks "Are you sure about this?" Going to level 5 has the game warning you "Don't do it."

For an YMMV page for Alexander Avila:
- Friendly Fandoms: Fans of his and fellow Youtuber Rowan Ellis get along great. It helps that both have celebrated on videos before, have similar easy styles, are both part of LGBT+ community, and regularly cover similar topics, such as queerbaiting.
Any corrections?

- In The Last Full Measure 2013 by Jack Campbell, in an alternate world where the United States became a military dictatorship controlled by slave owners after the first few presidencies, Lee remains loyal to the federal government and battles abolitionist rebels. While capable of Pet the Dog moments, he is portrayed as an arrogant bigot and Suit with Vested Interests who has little problem with serving an Obviously Evil tyrant.
- Better to Die than Be Killed:
- The culprits in The Man on the Balcony and The Laughing Policemen both try to commit suicide after being caught rather than face prison, public disgrace, and the potential loss of their respective loved ones' affection. Both times, the detectives stop them (with considerably less sympathy in the latter book, given the greater magnitude of that killer's crimes).
- In The Fire Engine that Disappeared, a Professional Killer is sent to murder three criminals over a bit of Blackmail Backfire. He kills his first target easily, but that man's disappearance and the way the assassin is conspicuously looking for them make the other two men commit suicide rather than wait to die. Unfortunately, the assassin doesn't learn of the second man's death before setting off a fire bomb at the man's apartment, killing three other people.

- Forspoken: Susurrus is an intimidatingg divinely appearing demon who was summoned to destroy the world of Athia by the destroyed people of Rheddig. Over twenty years before the events of the present, Susurrus was sealed within the protectors of Athia, the four Tantas. Corrupting the Tantas from within, Sussurus in the present sets about a plan to return himself to glory and full power. Susurrus manipulates Frey Holland into putting him on in his form of a golden "Cuff" and than stirs her into taking out the other Tantas so he can reabsorb his divided power into himself. Susurrus also acts as a her seemingly affable companion "Cuff" well helping her to best various threats to make his return to full power more smoothier. Reviving himself fully, Susurrus sets about destroying Athia for good to avenge the Rheddig and very nearly succeeds before being sealed again by Frey. Even after his defeat, Surrus simply calmly accepts it and now helps Frey in undoing the damage caused by his machinations.

Arivne, speaking about "the house where Sakura was adopted by him", I realized that I type it wrong, so I change the words so it makes sense in context, I actually mean "Gamo is the artist who adopted Sakura".
"No matter how bad the heroes can get or how bad the situation is, we're sure we can overcome it and get our happy endings..."Warcraft: Trivia
- What Could Have Been:
- Warcraft II
- The game was going to have a fourth resource called "ore" which peasants and peons could collect by mining rocks. It worked exactly like collecting lumbers. Rocks are still in the final game, but they can't be mined for resources and can only be destroyed by kamikaze units.
- According to some pre-release screenshots
, foundries and oil rafineries could be built on land rather than on coasts.
- Warcraft II
The Fearless Vampire Killers
- No-Sell: Someone tries to fend a vampire off with a cross. But the vampire doesn't care because he's Jewish, meaning Christian religious symbols have no effect on him.
MCU: Trivia
- Multiple Languages, Same Voice Actor: Mantis's actress, Pom Klementieff, also voices her own character in the movies' French dub.
For Complete Monster.
- GARO: Crimson Moon: Rudra “the Calamity” is the ancient Horror bent on covering the world in darkness. Sealed away by Abe family, thanks to machination of Douma Hoshi, Rudra possesses Abe no Seimei as its vessel. Rudra proceeds to cause death and destruction across the Capital in order to completely break its seal, taking enjoyment in beating Raikou and Kintoki. Merging with Ashiya Douman after being free at last, Rudra has Horrors scourge the capital, planing to reduce whole humanity to nothing more than food for its kind.

For Dies Differently in Adaptation Anime And Manga:
- The Kindaichi Case Files: One of the culprits of "Graveyard Island Murder Case", Hiyama (the perpetrator), commits suicide after he failed to do a complete Roaring Rampage of Revenge against genocidal Asshole Victims in both manga and anime versions, leaving his girlfriend and accomplice Reimi to be the only culprit who gets arrested. It's just that he dies from committing Seppuku in the manga. In the anime, he bites a Cyanide Pill (which he had in his pocket in case he wants to die alone secretly) after his bayonet gun got held by Hajime in his attempt to prevent him to commit suicide. Unlike the manga version, instead of Taking the Heat and telling her to lie as self-defense, he gives convincing Last Words to Reimi: to have her stay alive.

Someone tries to fend a vampire off with a cross, <- comma but the vampire...
^ You could have just deleted the "But" instead.
..also voices her own character in the movies' French dub.
^ Is there only one movie or are there multiple movies?
- One: ...also voices her own character in the movie's French dub.
- Multiple: also voices her own character in the movies' French dubs.
After Rudra was sealed away by the Abe family, thanks to the machinations of Douma Hoshi <- no comma allowed it to possess Abe no Seimei as its vessel.
^ Because of the way the sentence was ordered, it wasn't clear whether Douma Hoshi's machinations sealed away Rudra or allowed it to possess Abe no Seimei.
...being freed at...capital, planning to reduce all of humanity...
Thank you, Arivne.

For FanPreferredCouple.Live Action Films:
- The Black Phone: The ending of the film implies that Finney starts a relationship with his crush, Donna. However, most fans prefer to pair him with his friend Robin, mainly due to Robin encouraging Finney to stand up for himself and their chemistry, plus many feeling that Donna is not given much in the way of character.
- Charlie's Angels (2019): Jane is canonically paired with Langston, but next to no fans ship her with him. Instead most fans ship her with her fellow angels Elena and Sabina, either individually or both at the same time, mainly due to them feeling that she has better chemistry with them.
