Don Krieg's hairstyle and the armor he wears make him very similar to Raoh, especially in his first outfit, and with whom he shares a very authoritarian and Social Darwinist mindset. Unlike Raoh, however, Don Krieg lacks any redeemable traits and is far from one of the strongest fighters of the world.

some tropes for

Kozuki Oden

  • The Farmer and the Viper: The farmer to Orochi's viper. Whenever Orochi asks for money, Oden would satisfy his request at his own expense, and said money is used years later to hire Kaido and help Orochi keep his newly-usurped position as a shogun. Then Oden makes a deal with Orochi to resolve things peacefully: in exchange for dancing naked for five years, Orochi and Kaido would leave Wano. However, Orochi never intended to fullfill his promise.
  • Pacifism Backfire: After attempting to kill Orochi, Oden makes a deal with him to save the people Orochi has taken as hostages and avoid involving innocent people: Oden would dance naked on the streets for five years, after which Orochi and Kaido would depart from Wano. Unfortunately, this gives Orochi and Kaido enough time to gather more resources and become stronger.

for Hiyori

  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Inverted. She's initially presented as the oiran Komurasaki, who appears to be a greedy and manipulative woman allied with the Yakuza. However, Komurasaki is revealed to actually be Kozuki Hiyori, the daughter of the previous shogun, who hid her identity. Unlike her alias, Hiyori is a very polite and nice woman.

for Queen

  • As You Know: During the party at Onigashima, Queen makes a musical number during which he involves all of the members of the Animal Kingdom pirates and their current allies, acting basically as a quick recap to show the enemies of the arc and the hierarchy of Kaido's crew.
  • Large Ham: When he arrives at the prison mines, Queen debuts with an energetic dance number while describing himself, stealing the attention from everyone else. During the party at Onigashima, Queen's acts as a musical announcer and is the center of attention of the party. The Tobi Roppo, especially Ulti, find Queen too loud and annoying.
  • Life of the Party: During the yearly party at Onigashima, Queen basically becomes the vocalist and sings a musical number which involves all the members of the Animal Kingdom Pirates and their current allies.

for The Numbers

  • Signature Laugh: Each of them has a distinct laugh which is a pun ontheir respective number (in Japanese). Ahen Queen calls the numbers during his song, they reply with laughter and Queen scolds them because they aren't laughing in numerical order.

for Page One

  • Mask of Power: Played with. In his debut, Page One is confident and doesn't wear any mask, but when meeting with the other Tobi Roppo, Page One is in his human form and wearing a mask, but his body language comunicates a much more introverted personality.

for Ulti

  • Sir Swears-a-Lot: In contrast to her feminine appearance, Ulti tends to use a lot of foul language when she's annoyed, which happens to be very frequently.

for Who's-Who

  • Eye-Obscuring Hat: His hat covers the upper side of his face and has a pair of holes for his eyes, which appear as two white dots through his dark hat.

for Sasaki

  • Badass Cape: Wears an admiral jacket-styled cape with a flaming motif, showing off his hig position inside the crew.
  • Hot Paint Job: His cape and pants have a flaming motif, with dark flames on the lower side in contrast with the lighter dark side, making him appear more aggressive.

for Kuro

  • Foil: To Usopp, as Kuro and him are, respective, the main antagonist and principal allies of the Syrup arc. Both are big liars but Usopp's lies are more evident and, more specifically, he tells fake stories to Kaya to entertain her, while Kuro has been lying for years to Kaya's family without being spotted and with the intention of killing Kaya and inherit the mansion.
  • Smart People Wear Glasses: Kuro is a cold, calculating pirate who makes complicated plans that never fails, and one of his distinctive accessories is a pair of glasses, which he adjusts with the palm of the hand.
  • Visual Pun: His uniform has the image of a pair of golden excrements which are a pun on the term "bullshit" since for all these years Kuro, under the alias of Klahadore, has been telling nothing but lies.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: After being defeated, his crewmember take him with them, despite having previously said he intended to kill them all, and is never been seen since.

  • Overshadowed by Controversy: According to some sources, it was discovered in 2018 that Tacat (who is the producer and a composer of S.I.D. Sound) was guilty for sexual harassment scandals after Bora (one of female vocalists in the same studio) had told the truth. Even worse, his harassment towards her had occurred since 2008. Not just Bora, other female vocalists such as Rorychesell, Banami and Seorryang also express their similar bad experiences with Tacat.note  Bloodmoon (One of the composers) has considered the release for the final album before the group was disbanded at its best.

Something I want to edit in the Tier Induced Scrappy section for Smash Bros.

  • His Ultimate appearance would be hit with a mixed bag buffs and nerfs. The biggest nerfs are that his weight is even lighter, and his Illusion side special no longer goes through shielding opponents to make it easy to punish. However, the biggest buffs come from the engine changes, with his speed, power and combo abilities shining in the metagame; speaking of which, his shine is back to a 3-frame move. This has allowed him to retain most of his signature strengths, and keep his status as a top tier for many of the same reasons as previous games. However despite being high tier, Wolf overshadows (though not completely) Fox due to the former who's not only less dexterous than Fox but also hits more harder and being heavier in general. See the Ultimate High Tier Scrappy section on why Wolf is generally more hated than Fox.

for Mihawk

  • Establishing Character Moment: Even before making a proper appearance, he casually slices in a ship in two with a single swing, immediately showing how strong he is, and then arrives in a small coffin-shaped boat, sitting in a silent and confident pose, which gives him a shroud of mystery.
  • Eye-Obscuring Hat: In his first full appearance, Mihawk's hat is covering his eyes, then he raises his head, revealing his sharp red eyes full of killing intent.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: His red eyes make his glare more threatening and emphasize his dangerousness.
  • Smug Super: Mihawk is always calm and stoic, but often looks down on his opponents and elevates himself above the common people. That said, his fame as "the world's strongest swordsman" is well deserved and no other swordsman in the series has given him a true challenge. At the same time, Mihawk can recognize the value of other fighters like Zoro, despite the latter being far weaker than him, and admits that Whitebeard is much stronger than him.

I want to add a new work/media for the Raising Sim section:

Mercurius Pretty, a Raising Sim game developed by a Japanese company LongShot for PC 98 (published by NEC Avenue Inc. and HeadRoom) in 1994 and Microsoft Windows.

The story takes place in an European Fantasy setting, as you play a role as an alchemist who raises a homunculus which is created from a Seed of Life. You can communicate and even train the homunculus. Unlike the Princess Maker series, this game doesn’t have a mechanism where you can take the homunculus out for adventure. Your homunculus may develop into a fairy, a human-like being or an elemental spirit, the ending varies on the final result.

The game sequel, Mercurius Pretty: End of The Century was released around 2000 for Sega Dreamcast (published by NEC, Stack, Inter Channel and HeadRoom) where you play a role as one of Paracelsus’ disciples who learns alchemy.

However, there are some NSFW comtents (despite they’re all Nipple and Dimed), so beware.

See My Lovely Daughter for the Darker and Edgier Spiritual Successor of this game.
