Trivia.Winnie The Pooh:

  • Magnum Opus Dissonance: A. A. Milne only made the Winnie-the-Pooh stories as bedtime stories to entertain his son, and was far more passionate about his career as a adult playwright and a writer on Punch!. Naturally, he was very bothered when his work on Winnie-the-Pooh began to overshadow his other work, and their fame would lead him to hate the books as a result.

NightmareFuel.Pizza Tower:

  • The Doise's boss fight is one of the most unsettling in the game, as you fight him in a bizarre Acid-Trip Dimension that contains what appears to be a mix between The Doise and Gigyas. The most unsettling part, however, comes after you finish his boss battle, as after a rock falls on the Noise, a demonic Peddito suddenly swoops in out of nowhere to take the Doise away. While you don't see what he does to him, you do get to see the aftermath, as when you re-enter the Doise's boss arena, all that remains is the Doise's dead and bloodied corpse lying there with no music playing, which is a very unsettling and jarring sight in an otherwise lighthearted and cartoony game.

YMMV.The Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild

  • Broken Base: Where does the game fall on the Zelda timeline? Unlike past games, Nintendo has opted to keep BoTW's placement entirely ambiguous and up to interpretation, leading to fierce debates over where and how the game fits on any of the three timelines, if it fits at all. The fact that the game features elements from all three split timelines has not helped, with some theorizing the game takes place in a re-converged timeline, which has led to its own share of arguments that support or denounce the theory. Tears of the Kingdom would only complicate things further by establishing an entirely new origin for Hyrule, leading to debates over whether or not Bo TW and To TK take place in a new Hyrule in the distant future (similar to Spirit Tracks) or if it's a Continuity Reboot altogether.note

YMMV.Vocaloid:

Girl-Show Ghetto

  • Super Princess Peach fell into this territory fairly quickly, with many critics and fans often dismissing the game as a "girly" game since it stars the Girly Girl Princess Peach. It doesn't help that female gamers were equally turned off by the game due to the unfortunate implications of the Vibe Scepter and Peach having Emotional Powers, causing the game to fall by the wayside and for Nintendo to not do another game starring Peach until Princess Peach: Showtime! two decades later, which also quickly fell into the ghetto for similar reasons.

For the Magnificent Bastard Thread:

  • Gandra Dee, an F.O.W.L. agent, is a well-intentioned but morally ambiguous scientist who is determined to push the boundaries of science. Agreeing to help Mark Beaks steal the Gizmoduck armor in exchange for funding, Gandra charms her way onto a date with Fenton where she tries to trick him into saying the suit's activation code one word at a time, legitimately falling for Fenton along the way. After preventing Gizmoduck from stopping Beaks from escaping, Gandra helps Fenton take out Beaks before sneaking away and leaving Fenton a way to complete his experiment. Helping Bradford hack a robot to try and kill Scrooge, Gandra later races Dewey and Webby for a piece of the Sword of Swanstantine, even temporally blinding the two to impede them. Later switching sides, Gandra leaks F.O.W.L. plans to Fenton, so he can prevent them, helps stop Beaks from using the Gizmocloud for evil, and even helps to save Donald before he is erased from existence. Never losing her wit and charm, Gandra Dee shares Fenton's love for science and firm belief in using it to change the world even when they are on opposite sides.

Persona 3: Antagonists

Strega

General

  • Irony: [[spoilers: Formed by a group of children who have been experimented by the Kirijo Group, Strega would end up trying to complete what their tormentors couldn't achieve near the end of the game]].
  • Wrong Genre Savvy: Similar to SEES, Strega holds the belief that ending the Dark Hour will result in losing their powers as well. However, previous and subsequent games will unveil that this assumption is incorrect.

The Traitor

  • Running Both Sides: Not only was Ikutsuki the advisor of SEES, he was also one of the scientists involved with the creation of Strega, being the one who provided them with their Evoker and suppressant pills.

Death (UNMARKED SPOILERS)

  • Colony Drop: On the day of the Fall, the moon (Nyx's true body) will collide with the Earth, resulting in the extinction of all life. The Persona 3 Club Book explains that the Fall's purpose is to reclaim Nyx's psyche from every living creature to make Nyx whole again.

Relationships can be complicated and aren't perfect, but everyone has their own definition of a perfect family, <- comma as long as you're together.

Some tropes for Cleopatra in Space pages.

For comic:

  • Alternate History: Fallen Empires reveals that shortly after Cleo was transported into future, Egypt was invaded by Alien pirates. Queen of Nile ends with Cleo and Anthony traveling back into Egypt and beating invaders, with Khensu’s lesson revealing that thay ruled Egypt together and defeated Roman Empire before leading Egypt into being one of most prosperous civilisations of all time, to the point that their Bloodline still rules Nyle galaxy.
  • Everybody Hates Hades: Anubis is revelated to be Greater-Scope Villain and Omnicidal Maniac to boot. He used to be case of Good Is Not Nice, however after his daugther was killed by prince who seduced her, he went on Roaring Rampage of Revenge.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: Anubis is revelated to be source of Octavian’s power, having used Sword of Kebechet to posses him and use him as vessel to enact his revenge on the universe.
  • Gruesome Grandparent: While it’s not truly adressed Cleopatra being descendant of Kebechet means Anubis is her distant ancestor. He has no problem trying to have her killed and at the end tries to posses her to continue his plot to destroy universe.
  • Stable Time Loop: Queen of Nile reveals that reason for Nyle Galaxy’s Egyptian eastetic is because after her return, Cleo led Egypt into beating Roman Empire and becoming one of Greatest civilisations of all time, with Anthony being her partner and Nyle royal family their descendants.

For cartoon:

  • Adapted Out:
    • Cleo’s teacher from Ancient Egypt in comic, who wrote the prophecy about her, Bakari, is absent from series.
    • An ambiguous case with Anubis. In comics he was Octavian’s master and true enemy, however when we learn Octavian’s backstory here, he is absent and there is not hints Octavian serves anybody. That being said, statue of Anubis is given participular focus in show’s opening, plus when Cleo and Zaid venture into the Sun to find ATA tablet, vision of what appears to be him and Ra facing off is briefly seen, implying he may would appear if show hasn’t been Cut Short.
  • Foreshadowing:
    • There are multiple hints that point to Octavian and Gozi being same person.
      • When he and Cleo and hanging out in first episode, Gozi mentions that he wants to be great and feared warrior. Octavian is introduced as ruthless and powerful conqueror feared across the galaxy.
      • When Octavian has Cleo captured on her ship and reveals he is 30000 years old, he makes point to mention he is only little older that she is chronologicaly.
      • While group goes insane after searching for ATA tablet non stop, Brian at one point gushes about the fact that Arch-Enemy of his favorite comic book hero is secretly her childhood friend.
    • During part of the opening where Cleo is transported into the future, we see dark shot of shadowy figure with menacing red eyes coming into a frame, only for lights to turn out and figure revelated as friendly minister Khepra. It eventually revelated that Khepra is actually allied with Octavian.
    • Khensu is pretty defensive about his private life, going into tangents and throwing smoke bomb’s to dissapear when asked. “Ladies’s Night” also reveals he has pretty in depth knowledge about Khepra’s likes and dislikes, only for him to once again do his routine and dissapear. Same episode reveals Khepra is his mother and that it’s kept secret to avoid accusations of nepotism.
