Tullamore Dew is awesome and pretty cheap for an Irish whiskey, at least here ($13 for a .70l bottle). As for Wild Turkey, I think I'll have to grab a bottle next month.

Why the hell would you be on the computer if your drunk? Unless if you get drunk by yourself it doesn't make sense to me, and drinking by yourself is even worse.

@Erock: I never drink alone. My girlfriend is always present, because she lives with me. But now, I must depart...I am drunk, and someone is wrong on the internets.

I was drunk at the bar, came back to apartment posted that, then pretty much fell asleep after chugging a liter of water.

Proudly, no hangover.

Oh hello this thread. Fancy meeting you here when I was just about to tell Troper Updates about my night.

You see, it turns out hanging out with a bunch of people who all work in wineries will result in having access to some really awesome wine. waii

Just discovered a truly delicious breed of rum: Cruzan Black Strap. It's a dark rum, but very delicious and makes a mean rum-and-Coke. Also good in coffee. Warning; on the sweet side, if that's not your thing.

I like vodka. Vodka, vodka, vodka! I'm not actually drunk yet but am finishing my drink and will drink a big glass of water before bed.

Drinking at home and watching MST 3 K with my sister to relax after work. Yep.

raises glass of berry juice and Svedka Indeed. If only it were absinthe.

Alas, I am too poor for that! I need my money for a new car. Black ice on a curvy hill killed mine a few weeks ago.

Aw that sucks!

I got a job and could afford good booze for a time...and then my car's brakes went out, my shower died, my roof began leaking and my dishwasher went "Bork?" and forgot how to wash dishes.

$2,500 later, some of those problems are fixed.

Lucky we had full coverage on my car! But still, I have no paying job. So I can't afford much in the way of good booze. I'll spring for good beer(a nice Scottish ale for example) but not for vodka as I can tolerate even cheap shit in vodka. Svedka isn't a bad one though. Just not an extra good one. It's smooth at least.

Apparently I'm quite decent at picking wine.

I say this because I had company over that brought wine and I was reminded what paint thinner likely tastes like.

Didn't stop us from polishing off the contents in the bottle, however.
