I got Arya/No One.

My fake thing was that Aerys II was secretly in love with Tywin Lannister, but was extremely tsundere and could not actually verbalize his true feelings.

Daenerys gets it in the House of the Undying, if I understand you correctly.

Jojen and Meera Reed swear allegiance to Robb Stark "by ice and fire", so we know that's important, but I don't believe that's yet been elaborated on.

She sees Rhaegar mention it. We don't know where he got it from.

IIRC he got it from doing ALLLLOT of reading originally thinking it applied to him, but later believed that it applied to his son.

Was it explained why he changed his mind and thought that his son would be the prince?

Not really. My guess is that he simply thought about it and concluded that the signs didn't point strongly enough at him. Possibly it had something to do with the "dragon has three heads" thing, since it seemed like he wouldn't get two siblings (and indeed he didn't live long enough to see his sister born).

He also believed then his son would need two sisters, or at least two siblings the whole "The Dragon Has Three Heads". With the fragility of Elia and the high possibility she wouldn't be able to have a third child might have had something to do with his pursuit of Lyanna Stark

Of course, prophecy in this series is kind of murky.

On one hand, Maggy's predictions of how Melara and Cersei's lives would turn out seem to have been accurate, though that could have been a self-fulfilling thing thanks to Cersei being a shitty person.

On the other hand, the prophecy that Daenerys and Khal Drogo's son Rhaego would become the Stallion who Mounts the World never came to fruition (thankfully).

Well, prophecies in ASOIAF kind of have a tendency to come true, but in ways that the people hearing them didn't expect at all. Hence all the hints that Azor Ahai Reborn (in the form of Jon) and Cersei’s Valonqar being Jaime (although the show throws a potential wrench into this one, assuming it's accurate to the book) and other prophecies being true, but Mel, Aemon and others are misinterpreting them. So it's possible the Dothraki prophecy will come true, but that it referred to Drogon and/or the other dragons (remember, Dany considers them her children, and they were "born" on a pyre with her and Drogo, so they could be seen as Dany's and Drogo's kids in a magical sense).

Even then, in the show at least Danys' children never mounted the world.
