I love their David Cage ones, also the Dark Souls ones. The Devil May Cry 3 LP is great, but partly because it's just Devil May Cry 3.
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."Their Mv CI playthrough is underrated.
Dunno what that is.
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."Marvel VS Capcom: Infinite, the latest and least of the Marvel VS Capcom franchise.
It's been 3000 years…Woolie and Reggie plays River City Girls
Pat did a stream of that game as well.
I for real miss these guys together.
Sadly they're now Two Guys Who Hate Each Other
New theme music also a boxI thought that was the Darlington and whoever that Irishman's playthrough was about.
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position. That's wholly unconfirmed. They no longer get along, I haven't seen any credible signs that they even actively dislike each other. Hate is a big assumption.

"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."Yeah, the only person I've seen that seems to actively dislike any member of the group is Liam with Pat.
But yeah, it's more likely that they hang out with one another in various different combinations, but Matt and Pat don't hang out any more.
Then again I haven't seen Matt and Woolie do anything together.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.I see Pat and Woolie together a bunch and I've seen Matt and Liam hang out a few times, but those are the only combinations. I haven't seen Woolie hang with either Matt or Liam, or any of the other possible combinations.
Woolie is Matt's friend, and is still on good terms with him and Liam. He was originally intended to be Matt's partner for the original Two Best Friend videos until schedule conflicts resulted in Matt asking Pat (then Woolie's friend) to sub instead.
It's also the case that it was Matt that wanted to move away from the channel's staple Let's Plays to do more structured stuff - Pat had absolutely no interest in that whatsoever, and Woolie was also fine with doing LPs and some structured stuff on the side. I think it's fair to infer that Woolie and Pat do still find some things in common they can work on (namely the podcast and - as of now - two LPs) but that Matt and Woolie don't have anything they want to collaborate on because they always did their structured stuff solo, and Matt has no interest in the one thing they always did collaborate on - LPs.
So unless they want to drag their boxart critique series out of the grave, I don't think it's necessary to assume that the lack of collab between Matt and Woolie is a sign their friendship is over.
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."So I've been following Matt's "What Happened" series where he covers games and movies that flopped and delves into why they flopped.
Here's the latest episode, covering...Bubsy 3D <insert screams of horror and disgust>
That was a missed opportunity to say "What could have possibly gone wrong?"
It's been 3000 years…I remember when I was a kid I went to Toys R Us and they had a Playstation set up as demonstration so kids could play it and get a feel for the system. The only time I've ever played Virtua Fighter was on at a demonstration display. Anyway, this Playstation was set up and the game in the drive was Bubsy 3D. I played it briefly and could tell right away it was terrible. I think that's a part of the reason I never had Playstation as a kid. I thought every Playstation game would be like Bubsy 3D.
DMC, Jojo, and Yakuza are among the most popular.
And I got into those series because of them.
The boys, I mean.

Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position. And also Fate: Grand Order for some reason.
It's been 3000 years…I was already a fan of Jojo, and sort-of a fan of DMC before then, but they did get me into Yakuza.
Wait, did they do a Fate/Grand Order thing? O.o I know they did an FNF for Fate/Unlimited Codes, but otherwise...

That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.No but the FGO subreddit is much larger than the general Fate subreddit (116k to 74k).
Matt tackles Superman for the Nintendo 64
tl:dw; blame Warner Brothers.
Disgusted, but not surprised
You should probably know they started out as a weekly show with just Matt and Pat. Now, these episodes were taken off youtube, but you can see them all here. They were doing these for a while before they branched out into full LPs.
Woolie mentioned how terrible MindJack was in his playthrough of The 3rd Birthday. Since they played through MindJack on a stream I missed it back in 2016. So I'm watching it now. I thought the game was going to have a really really stupid plot about hacking into people's brains, but it's just a terribly boring game where almost nothing happens. The guys' commentary is on point though. Fun Fact: Though the name of the stream was "Shitty Games Done Slow," Liam actually set the world record with that playthrough.
