Some Kefka for your consideration. I like the first one for the contrast between what he's saying at the start and then the end of the game, but just in case it's to hard to make out, I took a second "after" shot just showing him dialoguelessly levitating main characters like ragdolls.
edit: OK, the text in the top image in both looks to be of poor quality, but the forum shrinks them more than they will be on the page. View Image to see their full size. It's pretty clean.

I have a message from another time...Better version of the Kefka idea. I couldn't decide which pose from his first battle to use, so I tried both. Panels 1 or 2 could be removed, if need be, but I like the effect with all three.
Google Image Search has so far failed to locate a suitable image of Buddy Pine, but here's a good one for the Syndrome Half

The first caption is brilliant. However, FF 6's art style isn't making his appearance very clear. (And we really only need two screenshots, especially since the middle one is just his battle portrait as opposed to his regular sprite, giving the false impression that he's changed when he hasn't.)

Which two panels, do you think? Probably the last two, just so that everything's in the same "style"? I mean, he still looks pretty much like a clown in the second panel.
What do you mean about the art style not making his appearance clear?
In any case, here's that altered version.
Edited to remove an arrow.

Who is that? Am I suppose to assume that it's Venom because the picture links to Spider Man 3, and only know it is him because I saw that movie?
There's gotta be a better image, maybe a before and after.
I would suggest using *ANY* of the AFGNCAAP characters you play as in Ace Combat, as they all eventually turn from Nobody to Nightmare (for the enemies), but there's no good images to convey that (there is a lot of dialogue though.)
