You've been a raeg train at least as long as I've been here, Charlie.

Not that it's always unjustified.

CAN'T STOP THE COLE TRAIN RAEG TRAIN!!

I wonder if some level of anger is my default state. XD Nah, can't be, I'm very nice to people in real life, as I noticed today.

Hm.

Well, you could always do what I do, remind yourself privately that you're God and they're not.

Thanksgiving dinner is coming along nicely. The turkey is 3 hours into its 5-hour-ish oven life. Sweet potatoes are on the barbecue prior to being skinned & mashed with a bunch of butter. Cranberries are done & in the refrigerator. Potatoes are boiling & almost done. Dressing is about to be done. Guests should be arriving.

A brighter future for a darker age.

Oy, I'm regretting some of the things I've eaten.

As am I. I just hiccuped or something, and I had to lie down because of it. Thought I was dying or something.

SOUS CHEF BREAK! grin

If I have to chop another onion, I'm going to cry. SO MANY CHEMICALLY INDUCED TEARS ;_;

Dad hasn't actually had me do much this year. Measure out pumpkin, prep herbs, make breadcrumbs, chop onions, chop butter, mince the parsley, measure out the sugar and water for the cranberry sauce, make the stuffing, chop still more onion, peel sweet and regular potatoes, chop said potatoes....

Mom is actually spending the day downstairs, which is downright bizarre. Kinda sorta maybe nice, but bizarre. Had Avatar on while prepping. Family movie time...ish.

Which Avatar Buttercup? Blue Space Indians vs Space Cowboys or the movie that should have never been?

Had a quick lunch chatted with family.

The former Tuefel. :D

It's pretty much the default family movie in this house. It's actually pretty funny.

Thanksgiving lunch was great for me. I ate two plates full of turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, macarone and cheese, stuffing, and probably something else I am forgetting right now.

I made a dish of cider-marinated tofu over stuffing topped with cooked apples and cranberries. The tofu did not absorb the cider at all, but other than that it was okay.

Ok I am feeling slightly older then usual today. My knee is aching up through my leg and up into lower right back. :( This is a sign of the weather about to turn nasty. I had to take a Naproxen to dull down the pain as my generic pain reliever was missing from my work bag. :/

The "aches when bad weather's a-comin'" thing happens to me too, Tuef.

It happens in my wrist. Woooo, cool, right.

Based on its history and the portrayal of it in some recent fiction, I have come to the conclusion that Russia is a rather depressing—or perhaps just depressed—place.

Not that I'm complaining. Mutant-infested tunnels are pretty rad places to be, as long as it's from the comfort of one's home.
