I fought Asha thrice. He really loses it.
Man, the null driver is trippy
◊. And it got weirder when I finished Tor with it...
Only something akin to "sorry, there was an error in the game" in a regular message box. As far as I know, there was no debug information.
PS: I think it's possible to off Yukabacera in Sudden Death: From what I've gathered, it seems possible to pick up 15 MPFB Devastator ammo in the level, which with Attack 10 is enough to Nuke him to death.
PPS: Just had a random idea that could have been a scrambler quote if one beat Asha after being resurrected:
- "Kill me once, shame on you; Kill me twice, shame on me!"

"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."I am sad. I just did the thing with killing Asha a third time (and it took me, like, five tries to not forget the sequence and skip the second revive point) and he didn't do it. He got even more mad than usual before the fight started but he didn't use his taunts any more than usual during it. If it makes a difference this was my old hard mode, Dan-not-saved, berserker run.
Brickman, are you playing 1.6?
Edit: Asha should be talking about firing small pieces of you into a black hole, and by "taunts" I mean that he shouts them during normal attacks rather than jsut during the supermoves, like when he has low HP. I apologize if you were expecting something more dramatic. :(

I think it might be a version of one of the pics in the intro, with "bla bla bla bla bla" redrawn on top.
the future we had hoped forWell, there were several pictures of her in that room with a speaker on top in the intro, if I remember correctly.
Well, no, there wasn't any image like the front one. Though it's still possible for it to have been a rejected one or something.

the future we had hoped forI drew it for the guide a week ago (the guide went public on the 10th). It wasn't hand-drawn at all though, and it was just one picture. But it took six hours because I was never happy with her right arm. :/
I'm never happy with my drawings nowadays because I feel like I should be able to do better, but can't. I'm too aware of my faults by this point, I miss drawing a comic that looked like crap but I didn't know it. I really can't look at Iji's cutscens since they look horrendous, in particular the one at the end of Sector 2 (and her face is different in every picture). And then people tell me the game has an inconsistent artstyle as if I didn't already know. :p
Well, some people seem to assume by default that a maker of something believes it's perfect. But then again, people who underestimate others are also usually at the bottom of the actual knowledge/skill vs. percieved knowledge/skill curve.

Not saying it's the absolute truth, but a lot of people could stand to read and reflect on that paper IMO. I know I learned from it.

If it makes you feel better, I've drawn worse. Some of the close-up pictures in the MSPA look absolutely horrendous, but I suppose that could be attributed to the fact I'm drawing freehand with a mouse, while the "sprites" (to borrow a term from Andrew Hussie) are all edited from a template.
And I don't think that all the cutscene pictures are that bad. It's a mixed bag. I agree with the sentiment that some of them are off, but there are a few I don't mind at all.
I wonder what's for dinner?Of course, I can't tell what I'm doing wrong alone (Iji would be a far worse game without the beta testing and feedback), but knowing that I'm capable of doing wrong in the first place is a good first step. :p
And I'm really happy with the final cutscene and ending. Sector 2, not at all, but I don't have the drawing-strength to redo it.

The final cutscene and ending were really great. It's a great stroke of storytelling when you can make the player feel sorry for the final boss.
the future we had hoped for

Abused the probability rules? You mean the "getting hit with something makes him more likely to fire it"? I don't think that's really abuse, since Daniel himself does it in his Max Charge Tor video.
