I have to wonder out loud if there would be people so upset about this movie if it didn't involve a Ship Sinking plot?
This isn't even the first time Fairly Odd Parents has gone live action (first time its been a full episode/movie though).
Drake returning to Nick alone is enough to shatter ratings, and I don't even like him.

Its not the final episode either. There is more FOP to come. All this really does is solve the question of who Timmy gets with (maybe), and I think that is why there are so many people up in arms about it. People aren't even complaining about the Smurfs movie this bad, and that is a FAR worse bastardization of its franchise than this.
Also there seem to be a lot of people complaining who aren't or never were FOP fans.
Saw the trailor/commercial.
Yeah, it looks really bad, I just can't take something like seriously.
And the fairies look pretty much exactly as they did in the 3D video games and the Jimmy/Timmy cross overs. Makes me think they just re-use the models or something =/
Edit: Just saw the picture on the last page, Ok, they don't look exactly the same, but I hardly see a difference between the power hour models and these.

It's going to be on in a few minutes where I live. I never really cared for the show, but this movie looks stupid in a So Bad, It's Good sort of way. I'm hoping to get a few laughs out of it.
Heh, it was about what I expected. Live action cartoons are amusing to me, and this film definitely fit the bill. It was a little strange, the actors really went over the top at some of the strangest moments, yet didn't seem emotionally invested at all in the main plot. It felt like the entire cast had ADHD and was just waiting for the entire thing to be over.

This was made. I hate life. It's literally like somewhat at Nick made a game to piss a lot of people off, and he succeed. Your seeing the image board that shall not be named right now?
Ugh. It does even matter. The creator basically said it's non-canon? So, why does this movie matter if it doesn't even exist in the show's own contiunity?
It's metafiction about metafiction about metafiction. More serious message: Don't you wish you watch everything that happens in the wo
It's supposed to be unsettling.
I was wondering if Crocker falling into the pit was a Hoist by His Own Petard.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Drake Bell seemed to be in his natural habitat playing an unsettling manchild, which isn't that surprising considering the roles he's had in the past. So, was this movie really as devastating for actual fans of the show as people have been predicting? There already seems to be some rage here over the film's general badness and forgetability.

I have a feeling that they came up with having Timmy as a 23 year old as an excuse to cast Drake Bell in a film, but why The Fairly Oddparents?
