What about Wanko To Kurasou (looks adorable) and Swan Song (liked the premise, plus, the art is shiny)?

Hum... I thought Canvas II's art was shiny and wanted to give it a try, but it's one hell of a large download.
As for Swan Song, I heard it's full of High Octane Nightmare Fuel. Hum.

Bland = terrible for me. It had long boring routes of generic plot and uninteresting conversation. Interesting dialogue usually hooks me on a VN even if the plot's mediocre. Well, come to think of it, interesting dialogue only happens when the plot's good but yeah. Same deal with Da Capo for me. I could stand Da Capo II because it was less boring to read.
Canvas 2 is mediocre, not bad. That being said, there's a lot of other things much more worth reading before you go to Canvas 2. There's very little noteworthy about it.
^ I'm afraid you do indeed suck. Sad but true. Though to be honest it has little replay value.

Haha, probably.
It was only in one route, though. Anzu's was fun, but I dunno. It's strange, playing Nanaka's route made me feel as if I were playing Kotori's route again. I have yet to finish the other routes. Got sidetracked by Enzai.
Sorry if I sounded stupid.

Speaking of Enzai, am I the only one who thinks Durer's ending was High Octane Nightmare Fuel and Tear Jerker? Because I think it was clear they wanted to scare the player, but it went a tad too right.
Nanaka's route was quite boring, but I liked the character herself. What was really bad was that I did Koko afterward, and her route is both more boring and requires more stupidity/dickishness on the part of everyone and then on top of that I don't even like Koko.
And you're not the only one who felt like they were replaying Kotori's route. I kept hoping that they wouldn't repeat the same ability and plot. Very disappointing.
I also liked Nanaka, but... As you said, they repeated the same hability and plot. Everyone finding out about her powers and resenting her for it (or the opposite) would have been interesting, too.
Koko's route. I'm afraid of doing that one now. Serious fear.

My favourite character in Da Capo is the guy who's always sleeping on his desk in the classroom shots. He's a boss.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.See? Favourite character material right there.
He needs fanfiction.

I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.Speaking of fanfic, someone write how Kotori and Junichi did it after Nemu died. Only way to explain Nanaka's blood relationship to the Asakura line.

Yes I am very curious.
