During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.

Try to present these as objectively as possible by presenting any evidence that may support or refute the mitigating factors.
Do they meet the Heinousness Standard?
Here you compare the actions of the Candidate to other character actions in the story in order to determine if they stand out or not. Remember that all characters, not just other villains, contribute to the Heinousness Standard
Final Verdict?
Simply state whether or not you think the character counts or not.

Alright, Having seen the video game of Clue Finder... I'm going to go against the grain and say yes to Malicia. As far as the story goes, it was okay and it does have a bit serious moments. There's the quip of what Malicia saying about trying to drain the life of the planet and then tries to make an attempt to drain the life of the heroes. It's standard, but the attempt is there and she also not only try to drain the planet that she lives in, but also wanting to do the same on Earth.
Oh! And the two creatures who got cursed by Malicia? Yep, in the games, we saw some of them are cursed by Malicia's powers such as ended up getting turned into stones or ended up getting turned out into one of her goons so no issues here. And then there's the fact that in one of the minigames, there's a pretty serious story regarding the power of the amulet so yeah...
I think I'll solidified my yes to Malicia. It's okay if others disagree which is understandable. Also, as far of how seriously she played, yeah... She isn't played for laughs... At all.

There is an one character from CSI-verse who bother me. It is Rayanne Leland from Cold Case. Here is her entry.
- Rayanne Leland, from season 5's "Spiders", is a sugary-sweet stay-at-home mom who also happens to run a Neo-Nazi coven out of her basement. When her son Truitt murders a Hispanic woman, Truitt's girlfriend, Tamyra, turns to Rayanne for help, only to find to her horror that Rayanne wholeheartedly supports her son's actions, and calmly tells Tamyra that all Hispanics should be exterminated, her warm, loving smile never leaving her face. When Tamyra threatens to go to the police, Rayanne browbeats the most insecure and sympathetic member of the coven, Elliot, into murdering her.
Only crime she is responsible is murder of Tamyra via proxy. It is only one victim, while other C Ms from Cold Case more than one victim.
She run Neo-Nazi coven, but do we hear about any of their crimes expect of murder of Hispanic woman which Truitt did on his own?
Her approval of what Truitt did is amoral, but then again it would be Kick the Dog moment rather than MEH.
She also said that Hispanics should be exterminated, but how much she did to fullfil that goal?
She was never properly EP. I would like for someone to EP her.

I put her up, long ago. I'd still be in favor of a weak keep, as she's by far the worst white supremacist seen on the show, but I won't lose sleep if she gets the boot.

I'd argue that she just makes it due to the white supremacy (Poltically Incorrect Villain's arent uncommon here but uh she is the worst) as well being the leader and responsible for all of there activities. Plus she did sell out her own son which is somewhat unique.
But shes not somone like Mulvanly or Larkin who I'd fight tooth and nail to keep
