During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.
Update: The new threads have been made and can be found here:
Please see the Frequently Asked Questions and Common Requests List before suggesting any new entries for this trope.
IMPORTANT: To avoid a holler to the mods, please see here for the earliest date a work can be discussed, (usually two weeks from the US release), as well as who's reserved discussion.
When voting, you must specify the candidate(s). No blanket votes (i.e. "
to everyone I missed").
No plagiarism: It's fair to source things, but an effortpost must be your own work and not lifted wholesale from another source.
We don't care what other sites think about a character being a Complete Monster. We judge this trope by our own criteria. Repeatedly attempting to bring up other sites will earn a suspension.
What is the Work
Here you briefly describe the work in question and explain any important setting details. Don't assume that everyone is familiar with the work in question.
Who is the Candidate and What have they Done?
This will be the main portion of the Effort Post. Here you list all of the crimes committed by the candidate. For candidates with longer rap sheets, keep the list to their most important and heinous crimes, we don't need to hear about every time they decide to do something minor or petty.
Do they have any Mitigating Factors or Freudian Excuse?
Here you discuss any potential redeeming or sympathetic features the character has, the character's Freudian Excuse if they have one, as well as any other potential mitigating factors like Offscreen Villainy or questions of moral agency. Try to present these as objectively as possible by presenting any evidence that may support or refute the mitigating factors.
Do they meet the Heinousness Standard?
Here you compare the actions of the Candidate to other character actions in the story in order to determine if they stand out or not. Remember that all characters, not just other villains, contribute to the Heinousness Standard
Final Verdict?
Simply state whether or not you think the character counts or not.

I dont mind cutting Lee..... Music C Ms arent exactly my thing but eh....I dont even know the work either.
And here's the new Mystletainn's writeup by the by:
- Original: The anime-exclusive "Mystleteinn"/"Mistleteinn"/"Mistilteinn" Treesea is a vicious dream demon who has a knack of torturing other dream demons for fun before finishing them off and eat them. Prior to the main story, she slaughtered Lestion's companions in the battlefield when they're trying to capture her. After meeting with the equally-sadistic Ryota Ijima, who has the plan to ruin other people's dreams, Treesea then happily executes said plans by trying to implant other Dream Demons on innocent students, including Yumeji's friend Isana, and then slaughters them. As a result, the students become emotionless and apathetic towards their own goals and their future. When she was confronted by Merry and Yumeji when trying to ruin Isana's dream. Treesea imprisons Isana in an orb of water and then taunted Merry by wearing her hat. Treesea then wraps up Isana's dream demon with her chains and then puts him near Isana's heart so that she could make a human skewer after piercing both of them. In the final battle, Treesea pierces another dream demon, Engi, in her hip-area with a large thorn, and then imprisons Merry in a white rosebud called "The Bud of Despair" so that Merry could be destroyed by her own sorrow. After Chizuru and Lestion performs a Heroic Sacrifice, Treesea mocked the emotionless and empty Chizuru about the sacrifice that doesn't bear a fruit. In the last-ditch effort before getting beaten by Engi and Merry, she then swallows Isana's dream demon and taunts both of them that they will also kill Isana's dream when they kill her. Lestion said it the best, that she was formed in a deepest pits of hell and she took every enjoyment in what she did.

Prior to the main story, she slaughtered Lestion's companions in the battlefield when they're trying to capture her. While the rewrite almost looks like original. I try at my best to create some new sentences for the new rewrite and then throw some uneccessary details. Any thoughts and objections?
And I also changed one of Zykan's pothole in his writeup in the ("self-proclaimed "Knight of Shadows") part from Card-Carrying Villain to Faux Affably Evil as I felt that Card Carrying Villain doesnt describe him very well and I'll change it to Faux because he claims to be a honorable knight and yet commits several dishonorable acts in his back so yeah

"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."Speaking of Musical Complete Monsters...I was wondering if the thing needed trimming but looks like I've been beat to the punch; at the very least Little Piece of Heaven and Impossible Boy have been cut so there's that.
"It's like...a cliff, and if I do it, I'm just gonna...fall." "I think we're already falling."Oh heh guys Voting has begun for Power Rangers. So could some of you please come to this thread:

Hello. I've read the rules, and while I know you don't usually do fan works unless the character is (A) already a CM in canon (i.e., Joffrey) or (B) supremely heinous in comparison, I figured this one would suit the B category. Feel free to say no. This is from an Evangelion/Queen's Blade fanfic, "Wandering Pilot". SPOILERS AHEAD:
Melona is the The Dragon to the Swamp Witch, but outstrips her in depravity. Her very first act is to supposedly pull a Villainous Rescue on Shinji, only to reveal she had been sent to kidnap him by her mistress. Upon learning that he is in a relationship with Leina Vance, she rapes and castrates him out of spite. When his Healing Factor causes him to grow a new groin instantly, she imprisons him in a cave, starving and raping him (both physically and mentally) for nearly two weeks while also inflicting fatal injuries upon him since they won't kill him. After he escapes, she develops an obsession with killing everyone he holds dear and forcing him to watch, while also intending to recapture him and completely mentally break him into being her Sex Slave. In between these acts, she also commits other crimes using her shape-shifting powers; such as impersonating the pope so she can rape the nuns; and serving as an Evil Chancellor to Queen Claudette, giving her bad advice and encouraging her to rule despotically. But her worst atrocity comes in the penultimate chapter: after capturing Echidna, she forces the elf to reveal that she is pregnant with Shinji's child, then gruesomely extracts the fetus—by shoving her hand down Echidna's throat and pulling it out through her mouth—and eats it, sadistically declaring that it had developed enough to have a gender. This proves to be her final act, as the enraged and emotionally shattered Echidna breaks free of her bonds and kills her in a fit of rage.
What do you think?

"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Okay, here you go. One EP:
What is the Work?
The work is Wandering Pilot, a Queen's Blade/Evangelion crossover written by Mercaba. Here's the fic's page
.
Who is she?
Melona, The Dragon to the story's Big Bad, the Swamp Witch. She's a shape-shifting slime monster—don't call her that if you value your life—who, in canon, had a murderous rivalry with Leina, even sneaking into her house and trying to kill her with her acidic breast milk. Since then, she's been a recurring antagonist.
What has she done?
In this story, we first see Melona when she “rescues” Shinji from some crazy nuns who see his holy powers as “heretical”. She then ties him up and abducts him herself. When she learns that he's Leina's boyfriend, she rapes him and then castrates him just to spite her hated nemesis. His healing factor kicks in, causing his “family jewels” to grow back, so she imprisons him in a cave with the intent of feeding off the Holy Milk he produces to gain more power. She does this via rape, and also tries to break him mentally by starving him and torturing him (both physically and mentally). On one occasion, she tries to force-feed him the severed breast of a peasant girl she killed, then clamps his mouth shut to try to make him swallow it, only relenting since her mistress wants him alive. She later gives him a really cruel Hope Spot by posing as Leina, then faking the girl's death and laughing at his despair and anger when he realizes the deception. This goes on for ten whole days before he is finally rescued by Shizuka.
From that point on, Melona makes it one of her top priorities to recapture Shinji, kill everyone he cares about right in front of his eyes, and mentally break him until he becomes her loyal Sex Slave—and she isn't picky about the order in which she intends to accomplish these tasks. Shinji and his comrades/lovers encounter her several times, and each time, she tries to kill said comrades first while sadistically encouraging him to watch, then vowing revenge as she flees after being thwarted. She also takes the chance to abduct and imprison the pope so she can shape-shift into him and use the position to molest (sometimes outright rape) the nuns. At one point, when Shinji goes to meet “him”, she drops the disguise and injures him, threatening to butcher the nuns if he blows the whistle. When he catches her raping Melpha, she tries to suffocate the poor girl to death while making him watch.
Sometime later, she impersonates Royal Advisor Ymir and gives bad advice to Queen Claudette Vance-Ikari, encouraging her to rule tyrannically, which sews the seeds of rebellion. But in chapter 44, she commits her worst crime: she captures Echidna and forces her to reveal that she is pregnant with Shinji's child. She then shoves her hand down Echidna's throat, extends it, extracts the fetus out through her mouth, and dissolves and absorbs it with her acidic body—essentially eating it—then declares that it had developed enough to have a gender (“Lookie-lookie, it's a boy! Well… it was a boy.”) and reveling in how delicious it tasted. Echidna and Alleyne then brutally kill her in retaliation, but the loss of her child really shakes the former up something fierce.
Redeeming Qualities?
None. Melona is just a sadistic, depraved monster. Her comrades each had at least some honor or dignity, but she just existed to hurt people and indulge her sick mind.
Heinousness?
Physical and mental rape, infanticide, kidnapping and torture, conspiracy, etc. She does all these things with a gusto. She's not the main villain, but she is essentially Shinji's archenemy, and he has a more personal hatred for her than the Swamp Witch.
Conclusion
A shoo-in, in my opinion.
So, what do you think? Is she in?

Think I'll give a yea. Hows the fanfic by the by? Is it pointless torture porn or at least have some substance (Or the story behind it)

"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."Thank you! As for the story, it's not torture porn. It's more of a Porn with Plot. The sex scenes aren't ubiquitous, and he pretty much stops writing lemons altogether mid-way through the story. If you don't like harem fics, you won't like this, but it has a solid plot and good characterization and development, IMO. Thanks again, guys. I'll go add it to the YMMV page.

Alright. Thanks for the info. Just wait until most of the people vote the candidate. But eh, posting that is fine. I would love to do some fixing about the writeup but well see
