This, my friend, is exactly why I hate when games don't start abbreviating things with K's and M's once you get a few digits into whatever hard currency is being used.
Not all of us grew up with Yen! I honestly don't know how much gold I own in Langrisser!
(Cough) Anyways that mobile game ever hitting the west.
Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls? No, it still isn't out yet, but it's supposed to release Worldwide this year.
Good to know It's not Japan-only. Hope Sonia Belmont makes an appearance.
It's not where I want the franchise to go, but I'll take what I can get. And I do enjoy hero-collecting mobile games.
Honestly after Super Smash Bros. Ultimate got the ball rolling with Simon and Richter, I see this game as a potential great way to reintroduce the franchise and even catch the interest of a wider and newer generation of fans, like what Fate/Grand Order did to the Fate Series.
I hope that more aspects besides the main games get featured. I know for most people, that means the Netflix series, but I'm thinking more along the lines of Kid Dracula and even the Lords of Shadow verse.
Lords of Shadow is already somewhat represented in the style of Simon and Richter's Vampire Killers (since they bear some resemblance to the Combat Cross version).
But more characters from that series would be interesting.
I'd love Pan. He's my favorite.
I wonder how much obscure stuff they could dredge up for the franchise for Gacha fodder.
I can't tell if you are joking or not.
I'm not. Why, is Pan unpopular?
I've already brought up Kid Dracula, but Galamoth would be really cool to see. Or Lady Liberty or Frozen Half (Though in the latter's case, I would hope that she'd be given a more progressive redesign, because her original design◊ is...uh...yeah). Maybe even Desmond Belmont and his sisters Zoe and Dolores from Castlevania: Order of Shadows?
Gotcha, it's been years since i played Lords of Shadow, but Pan didn't stand out much to me, even after he transformed. But good to know he has fans.
Anyone remember how to get into the secret part of the Wizardry Lab, past the spikes? Bat soul didnít work, neither did Barbariccia.
Bone Ark apparently will carry you across safely. Somehow.
Pretty sure Puppet Master+Skeleton Ape also works. Youíre gonna have to spent time grinding for a Rare Soul no matter what, unfortunately. Just a question of which one.
Wow, the Bone Ark soul has class.
Hahahahahahahaha Soul Eater Ring get!
So that was Dawn of Sorrow. Even though it isn't Dracula, I really like the final boss's design. Good game, if unpolished as first-game-on-a-new-system games tend to be. Had all the souls and all the ultimate weapons except the knuckles (because who cares about the knuckles?) by the end, I'm happy to say.
What does it say about me that I actually liked the Item Crafting (though not the Magic Seals?).
...anyone still here?

Play it again in Julius mode if you want to fight Dracula.
I wonder, was Dmitrii's fate what would happen to anyone apart from Soma who tried to become Dark Lord, or did that happen because he, specifically, tried to force the issue, so to speak?

Started POR and am falling in love with it all over again, even though I'm just on the first level. There's something really aesthetically pleasing about this game, like, well, getting lost in a good piece of art. Which was probably intentional.
Hilariously, like the fifth Peeping Eye I killed coughed up the Eye for Decay, the rarest drop in the damn game.
Also helps the main duo is just really cute together.
Jonathan and Charlotte are great characters, yeah. Never really could tell if their relationship was supposed to be romantic, though.
So the dude who did the Castlevania Timeline (Gamerthumb TV) plans on redoing it (the Perfect Castlevania Timeline) in October.
I'm curious as to what he plans to add for this new version.
I'm still also hoping someone will get Konami to commit to a new Castlevania game (with more classic gameplay than Lords of Shadow).
Wow, Sonia Belmont doesn't even have a spirit in Smash. Even Hector, Nathan, and Reinhardt made it in, but not her. Why are they so dedicated to scrubbing her?
I'm surprised at that.
I figured it was only Iga who was like Sonia who?
I really want to believe there's a reason besides because she's a girl. Shanoa would work against that.
I presume (key word presume) it was because her game was an original Game Boy game during the last days of the system before Game Boy Color, and it was upstaged by a higher budget game in Castlevania: Lament of Innocence. In a case like that itís just following where they invested the money.
