Do you have the pics? Courtesy Link.
From the history, this was the previous pic.

|Anyway, it looks like it was originally a demot, the pic was butchered from it's black outline and was left to bleed out on the butchers block. Let me see what I can find.

Fight smart, not fair.Epic triple post for setting up pics properly.
This might work if we chop it up. 1

If I had to pick one, I'd go with a shot from Batman Begins where he's dangling the guy over the street.
Fight smart, not fair. There's always this image of Superman from "For The Man Who Has Everything."
Indeed @ shimaspawn
As for Deboss's suggestion, I'd say go with this:

Can you brighten the image? And probably chop the sides off.

Fight smart, not fair. Not sure how to, maybe someone more familiar with image editing could do that?
Or maybe we could use a different idea, it says that good is not nice, which should in theory cover impolite or condescending heroes. Basil from The Great Mouse Detective sounds like a GREAT example of that.
That above picture is actually High-Altitude Interrogation.
It's also ridiculously unclear.

Well, I figure a High-Altitude Interrogation is a pretty clear sign that he's not nice.
Fight smart, not fair. What about the memetic image of Batman punching Two-Face for eating ice cream?
It can only be called fate. That here. I would again gather the three with the crests. That I should lay my hand on that which grants the wishes of the beholder. That when power, wisdom, and courage come together, the gods would have no choice but to come down.It indeed is, except the presently proposed caption links to an entirely different, albeit related, trope.

I think there's got to be some panels from The Dark Knight Returns that would fit this perfectly. Another that would be great would be the "goddamn Batman" panel from All Star Batman.

... ok, so is the trope generally about not equating moral goodness with social kindness, or is it supposed to be especially focused on things like Jack Bauer Interrogation Techniques? If the former, then why not use a pic of Basil instead?
I think the image of Batman punching Two-Face for eating ice cream fits that. He's preventing Two-Face from committing suicide, but going about it in a really jerk manner.

If we make a consensus on one of these, I'll resize it (if it's necessary).

Two ideas I had in mind were of Basil with a rude-looking expression on his face, (preferably in front of Olivia) or of Batman slamming Joker against a table depending on which fits the trope better.
