Take the very big sign saying that “you need to post how to beat the thing above” and wack them in with it.
Floor 5476: Issac with a chaos card.

Ubered Demoman. Need I say more?
Floor 5478: An Overpowered Mary Sue OC.

"...This is too much information for a brain that just wants to visit Planet Tensuns..."Get a laser reflecting shield.
Floor 5480: A canary with a key, perched next to a lock. The canary will open the locked door if you move whatsoever and a horde of odd birds comes out when the door opens. (This is just Serina:The Natural History of The World of Birds behind a door)

Local chaetognath fanMind control the canary into killing itself, then just go on to the next room.
Floor 5481: You have to battle every single evil Batman there is, especially the Batman of Earth -22 who is in his Darkest Knight form.
"Come on Zero. Fight me. It feels so good :3"Just set your Mermaid-Man belt to M for Mini, and blast the fist!
Floor 5484: The Qu, Masters of Genetic Manipulation

Cancel it out with a bad new anti-tank cannon.
Floor 5487: Superman. Except you have to flat-out kill him permanently, no avoiding or temporarily killing him. In fact, in order to pass, you must entirely and utterly Ret-Gone all instances of him in the entire multiverse, he can’t even be alive in the past of any timeline. So you need to even Ret-Gone your fight with him right now.
However, that's actually too hard, so we instead, Retcon our usage of a floor skip and just skip this floor.
Floor 5488: The Ghost of that Grammar Nazi we killed on Floor 69 is chasing us down the tower! If for some reason we fall down to Floor 69 we get a Floor Skip!
Loads and loads of lasers. End of story.
Floor 5489: A room where every wall is covered in Grey Goo
. On the floor next to you are weapon components and a guide on how to assemble them.
Edited by IC1101 on Dec 16th 2021 at 3:43:14 PM
Local chaetognath fanSince the weapon components haven’t been absorbed yet, it’s clear the Grey Goo must be dormant. Presumably, it will activate when I enter the boss room, so I stay on the floor’s pre-fight lobby (which exists because I normally imagine the Endless Tower of Boss Battles is similar to the Dominion Tower of RuneScape) and, speaking of RuneScape pass the time training Runecrafting on Old School Mobile. While I was hoping to get 99 Runecrafting, around the time I get 92 it’s already January 19th, 2038 and the Grey Goo explodes due to the Y2K38 bug, and turns out the tower, which also is affected, is now temporally located in December 13th, 1901.
Floor 5490: The rest of the tower won’t be released until 2022. And remember, you are in 1901 now.

While I assume you mean the Kirby villain, you didn’t actually specify which Marx, so I will interpret it as a plushie of Karl Marx, which I can make explode out of paradox by pointing out that its creation and sale is due to capitalism.
Floor 5493: Your future self who is fighting their past self (AKA you right now) as the floor 5494 boss. Each of you must kill the other to proceed on your respective floors.
Edited by DeepFiemott on Jan 11th 2022 at 5:53:18 AM
Patching up dead bodies doesn’t by itself imply the combination will come back to life. I just walk around the heap with a nose plug.
Floor 5321: You must take 173 floors worth of fall damage because of the tower fixing its floor count.
Edited by DeepFiemott on Feb 11th 2022 at 11:54:20 AM
Get a parasol to slow down your fall.
Floor 5322: A Fallen Hero Knight Templar Evil Doppelgänger of Mina Ashido from My Hero Academia. "Great, now this gal named Dawn is stalking me and complaining about no Sinnoh Megas! It's getting on my nerves!" - Taunie
You have to throw him out the conveniently-placed window and let gravity do all the damage at once.
Floor 5324: One spider among twenty million Opilionids
. To proceed, you must kill the spider and only the spider. Killing any of the opilionids will revive all of them and flood the floor with a gas that is toxic to you but not any of the arachnids.
bump
Hire an arachnologist and sniper to identify and kill the spider, respectively.
Floor 5325: A living and melting painting of a vase, which spews inks and oils onto you and the floor, making it extra slippery to beat.

Do not mess with creatures which you do not understand.

Floor 5475:The ghosts of past, present, and future heroes come to fight you with arrows, guns, and lasers.
"It's Thane! Whack him!"
