Hold on, I'll see if I can put together a list of abilities...

  • Disarming cuteness by merit of his status as Team Pet
  • Amateur Flash animator and music producer
  • Explosive properties (sort of like the Prinnies from Disgaea, but does less damage and has no lasting effects on his body)
  • Is a very effective projectile weapon

... You know what, screw it, that's a horrible idea. I'm sticking with what I've got and severely limiting it—no power-ups, probably no lasers if I can help it.

^^Thank you.

^Well, I Googled him and found a wiki page on him; all I know for sure is that he goes on the Internet a lot, and blows up occasionally.

^Nobody yet, as we don't have a location yet (working on it...).

As far as players, we've got you and Msiuer Lapin, todbot's Ice King dude probably, possibly Plumbum's Scout, maybe Strigon's Specter (which I still don't know for sure what it looks like, because I don't know if it's his current avatar or not), and I'll likely be joining in when the whole things gets started (as the Cackle).

EDIT: This weird glitch keeps hitting me and canceling my posts; I have to copy whatever I tried to post, Refresh, paste, then hit post again. Just so you know why I'm taking longer to post.

I would have, but I figured beam Kirby was closer to Weight 3, so I swapped.

Also, I forgot the rock-climby thing he does. Whatever.

Um... How is Beam Kirby overpowered? Pray note, I only know how it works in the Gameboy games. I dunno about Brawl.

Beam Kirby can fly, shoot lasers, and also leaves temptation for me to cheat, as I could have him ditch the Beam power and eat whatever I'm up against.

Well, in the games I've played, it's more like a short whip made of light, but the eating thing... yeah.

I don't suppose you'd be willing to just have him keep the same power? One floating, zapping Kirby probably won't stand that much of a chance, though... Maybe Sword Kirby? Laser Kirby?

Smash Kirby (Magic Mirror, I don't know if you played that) would probably work pretty well.

Ill only use metronome when I'm close to losing.

Ill use shadow ball instead of retern to harm enemys that might harm me if I touch them.

Nah, Knux is more versatile without being too Sue-ish. Thanks for the suggestion, though. smile

Just to clarify, Bonk! allows for either 6 or 8 seconds of invincibility via Caffeine Bullet Time. After this time, it cannot be drunk again for 30 seconds, due to radiation overdose side-effects.

The alternative for the Scout's secondary weapon is a pitiful little pistol, or Crit-a-Cola, which is another flavor of Bonk! that increses the Scout's damage, but making him take more aswell (With 125HP, taking damage at an increased rate is a bad idea).

Well I'm entering as Shadow Man. His powers would be materializing Shadow Blades, sliding, and his speed.

^Either pick an avatar and stick with it, or... Actually, is it meant to be one character that just changes form? 'Cause that'd be kind of cool.

Anyways, I've got two ideas so far as for where the Arena might be. They're both maps from Star Wars Battlefront 2: Mos Eisley and the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.

I'll still take any suggestions offered; if none are, I'll pick one of these two and that'll be where we're fighting (until and unless we get bored and change it again).

^*shrug* Sounds fine, but I meant to ask if your avatars are supposed to all be the same character. If not, please pick one to use and stick with it for awhile. You don't have to right now though, since we haven't really got started yet.

Official start is still Monday (unless I get bullied into starting earlier).

^^ In that case, I should stick with a Mega Man avatar. Also, I will take your cue to try and bully you into starting it tomorrow.

^Good luck with that.

Lemme take stock of how many players we got so far. We got:

Me,
Land Of Gold
queenofdarkness
Plumbum, I believe
Game Spazzer
M'sieur Lapin
todbot1
And Strigon, possibly.

Looks like a full house. Of course, there's always the chance somebody else may join in too once it gets going.

In the meantime, I'm gonna go blow a couple more hours on that Section 8 demo  I am so getting that game

.

[down]Mmm... I wasn't completely sure.

^That's a definite "maybe." Besides, you're the only one pushing for it so far.

OK, suggestions (will put in links tonight, when I can get to a PC rather than my phone): Sky Temple from Mortal Kombat, or arena_granary from Team Fortress 2.
