Hmm... I'm not sure if I'm going to keep playing as Lucas in this. Heck, I was planning to have him switched out as far back as Mewtwo, but I was never able to get around to it. Missing the whole fight didn't help much.

Lucas looks down at the shard near his feet hesitantly, remembering the last time he did something stupid without thinking about it.

Okay, it's bedtime for me right now. Those of you who accept your shard, PM me about it and we'll talk about it tomorrow, everybody in general, discuss where the next setting should be.

@Strigon: In case I didn't make it clear last time, yes, this Arena will go on until I have expended my gallery of past champions at least, even if I have to scour the whole wiki looking for players.

And in case you didn't read the whole death post, no you can't have a shard.

[up] A difficult choice indeed. Sorry for making it harder. For what it's worth, you can switch Lucas out and bring him back later and he'll still have his loot, provided he doesn't die.

Of course he can't he was simply waiting for anyone to come out so he can either ambush them or ask what just happened.

And I'm out. Good night, seeya tomorrow.

Seeya later.

Lucas picks up the shard, trying to shrug off the bad feeling he's receiving from it.

I recommend some kind of space station or ship, such as Anchor 9 or the Normandy.

[up][up][up], [up][up] Maps and/or Youtubes, please. Also, pick one already, or I'll make the suggestion default to the Death Star. tongue

[up]I know, I haven't played them either. Annoying, isn't it, when somebody takes for granted that you've played every game they have?

..nah, I wouldn't really like that... but how about a similar thing, the ARK from the Sonic series? For thsoe who don't know, it's basically got 2 main areas - a hemisphere that is filled with various passages and rooms (there is no specific map for the exact layout of them, we don't see much in the games the charactesr went there)- and a large area with various asteroid-like objects and other things, with some sort of atmosphere around the whole thing. Between the 2 areas is a mess of stuff going downwards and floating platforms.

It's a bit hard to explain or do maps of to someone who hasn't played the games in question.

...or, if you don't fancy that, there's always the Death Egg from even earleir in the series (THAT is just a lot more platforms and more enclosed)

Thre aren't any maps that would really do well to show what it would be like in this, and I explained the ARK the best I could. As I said, we don't get to see much of it.

[up]Betcha a trillion bucks we'd know what the hell you were talking about if you just looked up the Sonic wiki, found its page on that, and gave us a link to it.

We don't have any actual, committed suggestions yet, but when we have got a few I'll make a list of them and we'll vote on it. Just so you know what the plan is.

I just thought of something awesome: The Drej mothership. Made of Pure Energy, phase-through walls, breathable atmosphere, plausible weapon dumps, human-usable spacecraft...

Remind me to find a video of it when I get back.

I like the Citadel.

Look up 'Citadel' on the Mass Efffect wiki, they should have a map.

[up]First thought that comes to mind is: NO.
Second thought is: Wait, Earthbound? Okay, so it's just a name for one of the levels.
Third thought: Wait. This is Earthbound we're talking about.

Gimme a wiki link and a Youtube link, if possible.

...Wait. How about a Minecraft world?

(the worlds are randomly generated so it so you can pretty much design it how you want to. You could even make it a pre-developed area if you wanted to. Point is, a Minecraft world would be pretty much left to the imagination of the designer.)

[up]Put it this way:

Everybody here who plays Minecraft and/or knows enough about it to know how a map of it would work, raise your hand.

(Still looking for a vid that shows the Drej ship, by the way. Haven't found anything helpful on Youtube yet)
