Enter the Arena as Your Avatar (v3)

It's more of a way to blend in.

-A cavern, pitch black with no light sources and deathly silent...-

-...Suddenly contains a D77-TC Pelican troop transport-

-A hatch opens in the side of the transport, and emergency lights within illuminate both the craft's interior and some of the cave outside of it-

-A hidden compartment slides open under each passenger's seat; each one contains one Handgun and one Fragmentation Grenade-

Take 'em or leave 'em; they're the loot for this fight. There were going to be assault rifles, too, but A: That's kind of overkill, and B: You guys still have the Mongoose.

Take your pick; when all have exited the vehicle, the boss shall arrive.

"Oh, is that it? Well, to be fair; I've met and killed things that pretended that they were men and I just jumped the gun on you."

And then the Ghost felt the Pelican land.

"Looks like this is our stop kids."

Standing up, ignoring the weapons that had been hidden underneath his seat and waiting for the ramp to drop, the Ghost activates thermal vision for his goggles and then exits the ship; looking around for anything hiding in the darkness of the cave.

-Mikael takes the handgun and looks at it confusion-

How do you use one of these human weapons.

Also, there're a couple special rules for the Finale.

1: Characters who die during the Finale cannot respawn in v3, and must wait for v4 to start.
2: Characters who die during the finale will not drop everything they acquired in the Arena, and in fact will still have any loot they had the first time they spawn in v4.

-Mikael walks off the pelican as he was trying to figure out the gun-

Two out, three left.

The Ghost grumbles as he switches from thermal vision to night vision, hoping that the lights of the Pelican are enough for him to see further than 5 feet away with his naked eyes.

Lexip picks up a handgun and a grenade, examines the handgun, then places it in his pocket and walks out of the pelican.

He starts giving a tutorial on firearms to mikael.

" You point the hole at what you want dead, then you pull the lever. When it stops shooting, you put in one of these" He shows mikael a magazine.

noticing his pocket predicament, lex places his knife in his right and picks up his trusty revolver, leaving the new pistol in his left pocket and the grenade in his left hand.

-Then he started looking around-

-Takes the grenade out of its compartment, but puts it back upon realizing he's not sure how to use it-

-Exits the Pelican and tries to look around with the limited light-

-Cassie avoid the guns and steps out.-

"Say, didn't we have an ATV?"

The Ghost turns around and yes, the Mongoose was still inside the Pelican; seeing nobody wanted to move the thing, the Assassin shrugs; marches back into the landing craft and then pulls the Mongoose out without a problem.

No, you're thinking of the Warthog; you guys have a Mongoose.

Now if you guys will excuse me, I am typing.

EDIT: The Mongoose does not have a gun, because as you may have noticed, I do not allow nice things in this thread.

After the Ghost pulls the buggy out of the Pelican, he huffs indignantly before shouting at the group jokingly.

"Ingrates! None of you helped me out pulling this thing! Now any of you know how to ride or do I have to teach whoever wants this?"

Lex goes to and mounts the mongoose.

He gives ghost his grenade.

" Figure this would be more of a hazard than helpful while riding "

-Mikael stops shooting the rock-

This thing is shoots things so small that I can't if see them, but it can make holes in a rock.

-The Pelican's side hatch closes again, cutting off the light-

-Thankfully, strip after strip of halogen lights flick on overhead, revealing the cave at large as well as a dozen or so refrigerator-sized machines set up against the far wall-

-They also reveal an angry-looking figure standing no more than five yards away from the party-

No, the Ghost didn't see him, and yes, that makes sense.

-The figure raises a hand-

-Loud noises behind them suggest that the Pelican is coming in for another landing-

The Ghost easily catches the grenade on his left hand before studying the thing.

"...Don't need it."

He throws the grenade away before showing Lex what he meant by slapping his belt... Which was absolutely loaded with all 4 types of grenades: high explosive, white phosphorus, flashbang and Fragmentation. And then when the Ghost sees Mewtwo, he recoils in shock before noticing that the thing was using psionic powers to lift the Pelican up.

"FUCKING RUUUUNN!!!!"

The Ghost did just that, but he ran way faster than any human or Animal.

-Mikael points his gun at Mewtwo and shoots-

"Destination:not here"

Lexip turns the mongoose around and floors it.

-Bolts off to the right at the sound, not even stopping to look at the source-

I wasn't here the first time Mewtwo was a boss, so this is pretty awesome.

-The Pelican crashes down in front of Mewtwo, conveniently ^* I really oughta stop doing shit like that someday blocking Lexip Mikael's shot-

-Mewtwo takes a step back and puts its hands together, a small purple sphere of energy forming between them as it picks a target-

Shadow Ball; Ghost-type; does a good amount of damage.
