I know the mmo is going to be available in English, but where did you hear of the cartoon? The only news I've heard of that was the old test dub with unfinalized voice actors.

Man, that show was awesome. Awesome. The cynicism especially. For a children's story, it's really revolutionary. Not to mention the fanservice that manages to be discreet and elegant. And the beauty. This was true art like few anime are. Every single frame could be taken separately and look awesome. I really think they set out to become GAINAX's equals. It may take them some time yet, but they will manage, I am certain.

On that point, just a fact : the guys in charge at Ankama are also listed in the list of the richest men in France, between place 80-100 if I remember.

I agree with that one person on 4Chan, Joris is a walking Deus ex Machina who came too late to save Pinpin for no good reason other than drama. I don't think he'd be a good character to focus on..

Ankama is starting to release figures of the characters in the French version of their shop, each with a sketch from Xa the character designer. It says stock is limited to 500. I'm not versed in French or toys outside of Transformers, so this seems worryingly low (Or does this mean there are only 500 sketches available?)

In that case, I hope there's a notice when the first five hundred sell out. I'm hoping to grab one of the sketches a few weeks before my birthday.

So far, all I've seen of this is the fight between the Xelor and Dragon from Episode 17, and the first episode dubbed in english. Other that that, all my knowledge comes from my experience in the DOFUS and DOFUS Arena games. I was always waiting for the Wakfu game, but if the combat is anything like DOFUS, ugh...

Does anyone know where I can find the rest of the series in an english dub?

To the best my knowledge is that you can't. Unless you're in possession of a fully functioning time machine. The first episode was the only one dubbed as an experiment and none of the others have been done yet. It's subtitled or raw French.

- Yes, Wakfu is pretty much like Dofus when it comes to combat.

- Not sure if direct links are allowed here, but check plus4chan.org 's /coc/ board, you should find it easily.

- There are already 2 sacriers as opponents in the show, some classes get much less love (fecas, pandas, ecaflips, srams). Plus, a guy who gets high on pain and spills his own blood everywhere isn't really easy to include as a main character in a kid's show, unless you tone it down a lot, which would be a shame.

^^^ Find the subs, I'm sorry to say the test dub is average at best and grating at worst. Although Grouglan Grougal Gurren Laggan Grogy's voice was pretty Bad Ass.

Where can I maybe find episodes 2-9 in high quality, and not a lot of viruses to go with it? Sub, dub, doesn't matter to me.
