I miss my first keyboard; it was deafening and kept people up at night.

But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold.
I miss my old mechanical typewriter. Now there's a nice, satisfying sound while typing:
CLACK CLACK CLACKITY CLACK CLACK *DING*

: Do something like this with 100 90s keyboards.

I love listening to fast typists. My little sister goes at something like 120 WPM and it's hypnotic.

This is one of my favorite sounds in the whole wide world. I'm always sad when my keyboard is really quiet. XD
Current project: Cleaning up the Chrono Crusade examples one at a time. God help me.

It awes me. I found myself entranced by the sound as I was transcribing files for my Let's Play. It helped that I wasn't looking at the screen or keyboard and thus better able to focus on just the sound. Although it helps that I'm easily fascinated by sounds (and particularly voices) anyway.
In fact, this could be expanded to simply rapid typing and not needing to look at the keyboard while doing so. I happily and gleefully ignore the home row, or at least I start on the home row and then gleefully ignore as I start typing, and can still tell when I make a typo. Usually, at least.
