I was more of a fan of Sarah Conner, specifically from Terminator 2 but you have to give her props in T1.
I mean, not only is she one of the most badass bitches in cinema (and I use that term as a compliment) but she's got flaws that really give her depth. Key point being her relationship with John. She loves the kid, there's no denying that, but the pure pressure she's under to make sure he becomes the leader he has to be has caused her to be a lot colder to him than she really means to be.
Then you have the scene with Dyson when we see her reach her absolute lowest point. Where, in an attempt to save the future, nearly becomes exactly like the machines she's so terrified of, and the realization hits her hard, leaving her a sobbing wreck in worse shape than the first time the T-800 tried to kill her.
And then she goes on to raid Cyberdyne, and nearly killed the T-1000. Bad, ASS!

Okay, now this I understand. But replace "votes" with "money" and it would be perfect.

This one is genuinely good.
Biting commentary on how corrupt politics has become and how phony politicians are during election season without bashing any side in particular.
Everyone can look at this and laugh and agree with it.
Edit: This could have been straight from old sinfest. He can still do it when he isn't dropping misguided anvils.

Yeah, credit where it's due. This is good.
This actually feels like this could been during it's golden years, when it knew how to make good satire.
What's funny is that this is pretty much what's supposed to happen - representatives should do the things the people they represent want them to do, right? The issue is when they start doing things most of their constituents don't want them to do because specific constituents (e.g. wealthy donors) want them to.
Yeah, even I like it. Tats can still do it ... when he isn't trying to throw anvils around.
And it's non-denominational. I could give real-world examples from all across the political spectrum that everyone would recognize.
See, I wish whatshisface that kept accusing people of lying was still around, because here, we're just about all liking it and voicing our approval.
Hell, I think Yamiblade might even enjoy it, though time will tell on that.

It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.Wow,
Monique is back for a panel
In further breaking news Tats might have a low opinion of male, white, middle aged politicians
Skynet Is Inevitable. Skynet IS...Undergoing Repairs Atm.Please re-insert plug and rebootOh God, my eyes! It buuurns!
...Well, it was fun while it lasted.
It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.Sowwy....
Skynet Is Inevitable. Skynet IS...Undergoing Repairs Atm.Please re-insert plug and rebootThis was great. No doubt about it.
Optimism is a duty.Ah! I find it genuinely funny, too!
Eh. I wouldn't say great. A sensible Chuckle, but not great.
Granted by Tats' standards, that is pretty great.
Would be funny but the least likeable character is present. You know the mouth is gonna say some this stupid
But she doesn't. She's just watching.
I think you guys are being a little harsh on this one.
Optimism is a duty.... Unless you're making a pun on him sharing a given name with Justin Bieber, may his overrated image be cast to the depths of hell.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Although ... if Tats were an equal-opportunity satirist, the next strip would feature a female political candidate in the same positions and uttering the same words, and the last panel would show WokeMonique saying "Right on, sister!"
The real question is "Why is Woke TV airing that ad?", though. Wouldn't this make more sense for Hell TV?
Unless it's intending to show that Woke TV is still corrupt / under the Devil's influence, or they assume their audience can see how sleazy it is.

Hey, another funny strip! And Patriarchy Anchorman is back! This ought to be interesting.
I hope the confrontation goes something like this:

I hear him more as Wilfred Warfstache
I saw it in IMAX when it first came out. That's what cemented my love of that film. That, and the beautiful symbolism.
I've been known to use "Ripleys" as the female equivalent of "Stones". The reason why should be abundantly clear to all who have seen those films.
Though I will say "Rouseys" has been competing for that.
