^^ ...comments are already in, and my fellow students agree with me. It was a bad task.

Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia!So...start my week of Thanksgiving, Monday and Tuesday, with my final English report. Wish me luck. Then Wednesday is my final speech, Thursday is thanksgiving for me. Friday is me starting my drama project, or laying down the groundwork. And this weekend is all about my TILT.
Fun. Fun.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXkI1sTDoEg@Brain Sewage This could just be an engineering thing, but I'm told you should wait until after you're employed before going to grad school, so you can have the company pay for your degree.
So. Let's all pause for a moment to smell what the Rock was, is, and forever will be... cooking.—Cave JohnsonI've been meaning to answer you on this but I forgot:
Try scoping out jobs and apartments on craigslist to see how the general price range and salary goes.
As for getting involved, what do you want to get involved in?
It's deeper than that. My mind is just, blank, on what things are going to be like after graduating college. I don't know if I'll still be on this site, or I'll still be with the same people I know.
I'm extremely thankful for the fact that my college requires you to have an internship somewhere in order to graduate.
And if you don't get on that, apparently they sit you down and say "okay, here's some things you can do. Pick one."
But I'm finishing up my second semester of my sophomore year so that's a long ways away.
(Well, not really. I need to start looking into those internships next semester if I want one during the summer.)
Last Wednesday, I didn't finish my project so I asked if I could revise it and submit it next monday (which is today) and he said okay. Forward to tomorrow, I was being a slacking fucker and still didn't turn it in. He told me to submit it over the break.
He is a saint.
Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing.Did I mention I'm in college, it's designed to prepare people to go into the public services, even so far to teach us survival skills and leadership styles. It's pretty hard, but an enjoyable challenge, some have said it's too hard, or stressful, after the crapsack year I had, I'm inclined to disagree, the tutor is wonderful, so far to tell me I can talk to him about my health and such. Current projects, plan an outward bound expedition, analyse the purpose, roles and responsibilities of the public services and a presentation on the Korean War.
TL:DR I am on a course that's gonna get me in the army and I love it.
My programming project has been taking me several days to complete, and I don't mean working on it casually. I'm glad I got it done.
Of course it does. Once this year is over, I don't seem to have an obvious direction on what to do in the future. It was more evident while I'm attending school because I can just continue studies.
I wish I would have put more thought into this when I'm posting here, but I was quite busy with the aforementioned project.
- I decided, after consulting with an economics professor, to cool off on the dual-major idea and just go with the minor to see where it takes me. no biggie.
- WHY IS THIS SCHOOL'S FOOD SO DAMN EXPENSIVE FOUSENUIGFANOUINFDINAOKFNLJKDAWNFNAF
One regular banana here is more expensive than an organic one from Trader Joe's....
The only place I have seen with higher fruit prices so far is Disneyland.
Tumblr here.Slight change in my classes for next semester. Well, actually, only one class out of four is going to stay the same. Now I'll be translating St Augustine's works and also translating Sophocles' Oedipus Tyrannos and Antigone.
That means no translation of the Odyssey for me...boo :(
fortiter in re, suaviter in modoDang, turns out that what appeared to be my perfect part-time job is actually just unpaid volunteer-work. I'm also under-qualified for it.
Oh well, the search continues.
Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia!- my Political Science and Economics classes are finally getting into the interesting part of the curriculum and i only have one more major assignment for my Writing Class. this semester's getting better!
- It turns out that when CS departments talk about "having prior programming experience" they actually mean "knowing how to write a 'hello world!' program. now I just feel cheated...
I'm nearing the end of my first quarter back in college and all of my grades so far are in the high-90's... awesome.
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows.Arrgh! I forgot that I had the chance to receive comments from my censor today! And now it's one and half hour past my timeslot and he's gone home for the day!
So...I've sent a mail asking if I can have another chance to get my comments. Hopefully it's doable...those exam comments are pretty much all I've got to go by for future exams.

Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia!Almost the end of another semester. I have A's and B's on all the grades that count (projects and lesson plans). I think I'm going to make the Dean's List (again) which should be awesome.
Overall, it's been good. I've had some minor freak-outs over legit serious things, but I've found ways to solve my problems. And I know I can always improve (especially on my work ethic.)
"The three rules of the librarians of time and space: silence; books must be returned on time; no interfering with the nature of causality."So, can a person who is currently applying to colleges post here? Haha. Currently a high school senior, been accepted to a couple colleges already.
I'm thinking of living off campus my freshman year, away from home (too far), only because on campus housing seems to be a little over my budget, while paying rent for a cheap-o apartment may seem more economic. Hopefully if this indeed happens I can find a roommate to split rent. Ultimately I know I make the choice here but I was wondering if anyone here did that, and if it was too difficult for you guys to keep in balance with college and work? I know this also depends on the different factors in play, like major and location, but I would just like to see if anyone here has kept up with that and whatnot and whether it's too difficult and stuff.
I'd like to go through college loan free if possible, obviously :c

Blarrgh, not a good task this week. The case was annoying and I know that my argumentation wasn't exactly stellar. At least I managed to finish it before deadline...stupid busy weekend schedule.
