The first one shows the height, at least.
One last idea (before I really truly have to run)...

"And for the first time in weeks, I felt the boredom go away!"The Calvin And Hobbes one is listed among the examples on the page actually.
But anyway, the trope is really about falling for so long that the character or the audience are supposed to realize the fall has been going on for too long. So the wristwatch picture was good in concept (maybe better than just Luigi falling), though the quality could have been better.
My tropes launched: https://surenity2.blogspot.com/2021/02/my-tropes-on-tv-tropes.htmlNormally I would suggest making images match the page quotes, but in this case I think there is something a bit redundant about using the trope namer for both a page image and page quote. Add to that how classic an example the C&H one is, and how it seems to be a little closer to demonstrating the trope...

The 2 and 4 idea is interesting, perhaps with a caption commenting on the failure of Genre Savvy knowledge to save Calvin...

Enh, you can't fall "for hours" from a real life height (without a parachute or something else to decrease terminal speed), even a fall from an airplane only takes a couple minutes. Oppose anything that's not some kind of bottomless (well, impossibly deep) pit. * That C&H strip is maybe an okay example but it's a bad page image.
"Nobody objects" seems like kind of a weak reason to make a change when there are a half-dozen viable alternatives. I like this, for being a more-dynamic-looking image of the trope namer:
Alice falling down the rabbit hole is good too.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Looking through this thread, though, there doesn't seem to be an actual consensus.
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyNote that while Calvin might technically count as an example since he's dreaming, it doesn't look like it.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Has anyone tried to GIS the scene from Who Framed Roger Rabbit where Eddie is falling and has a conversation with Bugs and Mickey?
Still, it looks like something that someone threw together in MS Paint in 10 seconds.
Then again, it's still drawn better than Order Of The Stick.
... but Order Of The Stick's artistic visuals are So Bad, It's Good!
An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.
