It may fall under an arthouse exception, but it's an "artsy" pornographic film, with most of the running time consisting of explicit, unsimulated sex scenes (more so than even 9 Songs). There's also some underage nudity and a scene in which a woman grabs a little boy's penis (that was cut in the UK because it was in violation of their Video Recordings Act).

Leaning keep on this one. I think we need to think about the US rating system in cases like this - would a work merit an NC-17 rating or an X rating? If it's the former, I think that would merit a keep while the other would likely be a cut.
