I watched the first two episodes. It's one of these shows where a relatable boy finds himself looking after a gaggle of little girls. For the most part the girls are played for parental affection, with some Mistaken for Pedophile and Innocent Innuendo moments.
What the report is referring to is a very out-of-place sequence in which the girls try out sexy costumes to advertise their concert. It's skeevy and, to me, painfully predictable and unfunny, but also thankfully short. It's played for comedy.
Nisemonogatari by comparison has a much longer scene of a naked child. I don't plan on continuing (mostly because the characters are so stock) but unless it takes a sharp turn for the hentai, I don't see how this is cutworthy.
Stories don't tell us monsters exist; we knew that already. They show us that monsters can be trademarked and milked for years.

The flag here for HereComesTheThreeAngels was sent with the rationale
- In the first part of Episode 2, it was clarified the part of the innuendo from the previous episode by saying they want him to touch their instrument. - ...but then, it seems like an objectionable part came like 5:45 minutes into the episode, because it seemed like the main character was having some skeevy thoughts about her little sister (another loli), and that character even lampshaded it. I think that's going to be a turn-off and a clear red flag. - Also, there were innuendos here and there during the second half of the episode, and even... ugh... skeevy suits in the little girls... and panties in the tsundere girl... isn't that even more of a red flag already? I dunno.
I only checked the chapter in a quick pace, maybe this should be given a quick consideration? Or should be wait until the next episode?
