Or in this case, as Acebrock remarked, JACAAC (Just A Clown And A Caption)
Pull
There's too many men, too many people, making too many problemsI would argue to put in the Surfing scene from Die Another Day as that was the moment when the James Bond movies became really silly.
Pull, not feeling
it still looks awesome even if it's over the top.
that's intentionally comedic though, I thought Narm only applied to dramatic moments that become unintentionally funny?
Then that entry shouldn't be there. I thought it was inherently obvious that "unintentionally funny" and "intentionally funny" are not the same thing.
If it's intentionally comedic, then the example is misuse and should be cut.
As for the page, pull current. Narm as a whole seems difficult to illustrate in a single image and might have to become a BUPKIS trope (barring pages that already have images, of course), but that discussion is probably better saved for the general IP thread.

Sincerely, LumberwoodThe intended effect is that he uses this disguise so as to be unrecognizable while infiltrating a circus with a hidden atomic bomb going off in minutes, but the NATO officers attending the circus show don't take him seriously when he warns them since he looks like, well, a clown. The countdown of the bomb with many lives at stake makes the scene tense, I don't remember laughing in that scene (plus there's some added dramatic irony since it's the same disguise as 009, who was killed in the movie's post-title scene).
It's just the idea of James Bond disguising himself as a clown that some people would find ridiculous, which doesn't fully tick the "narm" box in and of itself imho.

Honestly I wouldn't mind leaving blank for now. Narm is notoriously difficult to picture as it's subjective, often dialogue not imagery driven, and difficult to show the unintentionality of.
Only thing I can think of is Zao and his whole diamond face thing being a bit silly looking in my opinion as well as this picture implying he is just running about outside naked (he's actually shirtless but he still looks cold):
Or this where it shows that they were doing plastic surgery but didn't think to take the diamonds out of his face?:
Has this page gone through the Narm cleanup thread? If not, I'd say any IP work should be tabled until it's gone through the thread. If it has, then I'm not feeling any of the suggestions.
20.2 is good enough for this image.
20.2, with no context I'd have no idea what I'm looking at and how it's supposed to be narmy.

Following up from here
The current doesn't demonstrate that it is a serious moment that becomes funny out of context. In fact, as pointed out, it might actually imply an intentional mixture of tones. Here is the current for reference:
