4, 26 doesn't show the other, common versions of the creature, the aforementioned examples are either strictly defined into one archetype or just too vague to lump them into categories (yuki-onna is always strictly "pale dead ice lady", zw has little concrete to it outside of the basics of "child in your house" and unicorn is "horse with horn", meanwhile tengu are "guy with big nose", "bird guy with no nose", "not a bird or a big nose, just a regular Winged Humanoid")

Seconding this reasoning. Tengu having at least two major types of appearances, which are sometimes explicitly treated as distinct internal variants in a work, is pretty important to its concept in a way that internal variety isn't really central to the other mentioned tropes. On that basis, I'm also supporting having an image which shows both crow and long-nosed tengu.

Honestly I don't even think this even needs a collage myself. I'd rather do something similar to what we have on Yuki-onna, Zashiki-warashi and Unicorn with just a single image. I also personally lean towards something traditional/classic.
