Probably the best one so far. It's kind of hard to see where she is and that she's crying, so maybe it should be brightened a bit.
My only other issue is that I'm not sure how easy it is to tell what's going on without context. I'm already aware of the show and how she's trying to hide behind the building so that no one can see her cry, but it might be hard to understand just by the image.
OP
As someone who hasn't watch the series, I don't see how sad the OP is on its own without context (also it's still pretty dark even when you've brightened it a bit).
For the record, if you have only one suggestion for one page, it should be posted in the Image Suggestion Thread
. You don't need to open a thread unless you have two or more suggestions.

Currently semi-active.That can still be misinterpreted as something happening in the staff room.
Here's some from her dissociation scene, though they might be spoilers:

Good morning, and good night, I hardly ever sleep. With what I have, what else do you think I'd ever need?
I suggest this moment where Gangle is in a Troubled Fetal Position: it shows a sad moment in a simple and not overdramatic way.
NOTE: The Sphere Wizard posted a better version. Go upvote post 25 instead of mine.

12 is good, but 11 is also alright because at least you can kind of make an assumption as to why she's so upset.
Is this better for 12? I upscaled a slightly different frame and made one with brightened colors as well:

It absolutely breaks my heart to see a character like Gangle look so devastated so that why I think this works as a Tearjerker image.
