Time for a guessing game that's a bit more unorthodox. Object Shows may not be the most mainstream genre, but they exist by the hundreds on YouTube. And with them comes a plethora of characters, be it hosts, contestants, antagonists, or other supporting characters. The rules are identical to other guessing games.
- The character must come from a show that is explicitly considered an Object Show, which is a genre exclusive to YouTube.
- If a specific object show is played in one round, it is allowed to be played in the next round.
- The current descriptor must post a recap of the progress for every new page, and edit that post accordingly with the progress in the page.
- A player may declare a stump after 24 hours has passed from the last question and its answer. If this happens, the current descriptor reveals their character, and the next round goes to the stumped player.
- If a question needs to be replaced because it has already been answered, please do not erase the question. Just add the new question below it. In fact, the act of completely erasing a question is frowned upon.
- If you're adding a clue, please keep it related on an object show basis, as detailed below.
What counts as an "object show"?
- The character in question must originate from a YouTube series that is explicitly modeled after the style of Battle for Dream Island. Either by using the limb and face assets that were provided by Michael Huang sharing the FLAs, using customized assets that are designed to resemble the original assets, or using hand-drawn animation meant to resemble the art style of Battle for BFDI.
- Object shows tend to be styled in an elimination-based reality show format, but there also exist multiple subgenres, including slice of life, camps, joke shows, and so on. These subgenres are considered fair game so long as they meet the definitional classification of an object show.
- Several object shows tend to reuse the same character concepts, if not the same designs and personalities. However, each individual version is able to be played as their own character, so long as they're explicitly considered their own individual characters by the narrative. (For example, Pencil can be played as both a Battle for Dream Island character and an Inanimate Insanity character due to Inanimate Insanity IV establishing her as a different character In-Universe, but Coiny cannot be played as a Fan's Fantastic Features character due to merely being The Cameo with nothing to differentiate him from his BFDI counterpart)
- A comprehensive list of object shows can be found on the genre's trope page, though it's not a complete list, as object shows exist by the hundreds, and there are several listed object shows that don't have their own pages, though they're still eligible to be played.
