Timmy Turner in the The Fairly OddParents! episode "Tim-Visible". He wishes to turn invisible and one of the things he does while turning invisible is haunt a locker room. And this being The Fairly OddParents!, Be Careful What You Wish For is the entire theme of the series.
Next troper: Find a character/work that combines Canine Companion with Badass Adorable.
"COCONUTS HAVE WATER IN THEM!"In Final Fantasy VI, Interceptor is an adorable Doberman owned by Shadow who is capable of one-shotting many enemies in the World of Balance and guarding hits for Shadow, and is friendly only to the player party including Shadow and Relm.
Moral Event Horizon + Child Soldiers
Here's looking at you, kid.In Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Sundowner's evil plan involves taking the brains of children in order to brainwash them into becoming killing machines. (Though he does have another possible MEH-worthy moment when he kills African Prime Minister N'mani).
Animalistic Abomination + Satanic Archetype Now what?
Canaletto the Timeless One, of Ōban Star-Racers. While he resembles a chimera between a raven and tarantula, he's very long-lived, exceedingly powerful, and deviously intelligent. He was a former "Avatar" who went rogue against his masters to destroy and rebuild the universe he used to protect. Sealed away for millenia, he patiently manipulates events so someone at the Great Race of Oban would eventually free him. He's also prone to making offers to other beings. He's the devil to the Avatar's God.
Humongous Mecha + Ridiculously Human Robots
Edited by Snailfish on May 11th 2025 at 11:33:51 AM
All witches, all skeletons, all jack O Lanterns, gather round your TV set, put on your masks, and watch...watch the magic pumpkin, Watch...Optimus Prime. Really, any Cybertronian could qualify, as despite being robots the size of skyscrapers, they don't act all too dissimilar to humans enlisted in the military.
The Jinx + Cursed with Awesome Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.
Bruno Madrigal from Encanto. Being able to have the gift to predict the future is pretty awesome, but not when he predicts someone's fish will die or causes it to rain on Pepa's wedding day because of the weather being tied to her emotions.
"COCONUTS HAVE WATER IN THEM!"Scooby Doo. He's large, docile, and has an appetite that rivals Shaggy's
Blind Without 'Em + Beary Friendly "The dream of tomorrow and the sky of today, expanding in unison"
Zummi from Adventures of the Gummi Bears
Critic Breakdown + Berserk Button
Here's looking at you, kid.The Mysterious Mr. Enter' when he reviewed Mega Babies. The gross-out that he hates was so disgusting and terrible it almost made him quit reviewing all together.
Brainy Brunette + Tomboyish Ponytail
"COCONUTS HAVE WATER IN THEM!"Agent Olive wears her brown hair in a corkscrew ponytail, and she is a whip-smart Passionate Sports Girl.
Graceful Ladies Like Purple + My Beloved Smother My plan is to trick you into thinking this is my signature when it’s not, then confuse you silly. Doubting my plan? Then it's working!
Toriel. Purple dress, was the former queen, and is extremely overprotective of the Fallen Child.
Significant Green-Eyed Redhead + Tomboyish Ponytail Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.
In Ben 10, the future sorceror version of Gwen Tennyson has a ponytail(though I'm not sure if that's necessarily Tomboyish) and as a main character has green eyes and orange red hair.
Used to Be a Sweet Kid + Hate Sink All witches, all skeletons, all jack O Lanterns, gather round your TV set, put on your masks, and watch...watch the magic pumpkin, Watch...
Lotso. He is described as initially being a good toy before being left behind, and now he's totalitarian
Face–Heel Turn What Kind of Lame Power Is Heart, Anyway? "The dream of tomorrow and the sky of today, expanding in unison"
Gwendolyn "Gwen" Grayson/Royal Pain/Susan "Sue" Tenny. She was mocked for her technopathy back in the 70's and became a supervillain that wants revenge on the Fantastic Caste System of Heroes and Sidekicks.
"Freaky Friday" Flip + Second Law of Gender-Bending
In the Pokemon fanfic Manaphy, Suicune, and a Funny Cape, Eisune swaps bodies with a Suicune, and gets used to being a Pokemon, while the Legendary hates being a human.
Ms. Fanservice + Corrupted Character Copy
Here's looking at you, kid.Well... Elsie Crimson. She's an expy from the author's previous worknote . Then, while her model was The Ace of a silly friendship-based team, she's more of an Ambiguously Evil Anti-Hero. As for the Ms. Fanservice part... well, it's hard to find a lady who's not a Ms. Fanservice in Hiro Mashima's works, though she's not as much this than the rest of the cast.
So, now a combination of Broken Pedestal and Magical Idol Singer. Yeah, idk, I think it'd be fun. Give me books! Give me ALL YOUR BOOKS!!!!!
Weiss Schnee. In the same charity event where she sings one of the show's best songs, she becomes aware of the Atlesian public's sense of selfishness and simultaneously finds out how horrible of a dad her father is (with how how horrible he is as a person coming three volumes later). Oh, and like any Huntress worth her salt, she has a Semblance.
Cute Ghost Girl + Perky Goth Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.
John Stalvern. "No, John. You are the demons".
Mysterious Employer + Hired Help as Family
Dollhouse, Boyd Langton views the people in the Dollhouse, a factory of people who are continually mind-wiped and meant for several purposes including servitude, as his family and is revealed to be the one in charge of the corporation that funds said Dollhouse, making him a fucked up fusion of both.
Phony Psychic + Evil Is Not Well-Lit
Edited by Weirdguy149 on May 14th 2025 at 7:27:11 AM
The legend has returned.Okay. Since there aren't any reaction, I'll ask for a new one: Said Bookism and "Burly Detective" Syndrome.
Give me books! Give me ALL YOUR BOOKS!!!!!The Man with the Yellow Hat. This was long before his name was defined as Ted.
Dastardly Whiplash + Orcus on His Throne Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.

Welcome to my new game!
It's a game where someone name two tropes (or a trope and a specific way of Playing With it) and the other people have to find an example or character, in any work (or even the work's premise itself), that fits these tropes (or the trope and the way to play it) together (about the tropes, it can be the two happening at the same time or, if they can have a cause, one induced by the other). Then, the troper who answered can as for another combination of two different tropes.
For instance:
So, I'll start by asking for a combination of Power Perversion Potential and Be Careful What You Wish For.
