Pull.
I feel like there's a road safety PSA that may fit this, but I'm struggling to think of any that actually do.
"It was the best of times, it was the BLURST of times?"Oh yeah, The Human Target (2021)! The only issue (having read the book it comes from) is that Chance isn't dead — he fell unconscious after getting poisoned and crashed his car, but he gets up later. It does seem like the description of Dead Man Honking permits examples of non-fatal examples of people going limp at the wheel, though.
Otherwise, I think it sufficiently represents a crash — the car is clearly resting and prone against a tree off the road that shouldn't be there (skid marks on the road showed him swerving), and the guy's slumped over and resting on the wheel, and otherwise features a distinct continuous honk. If the fact he isn't literally dead isn't too big a deal, I'd give 7

Thanks for playing King's Quest V!
Also This Image Is Not an Example would allow it even if he just looks dead but survived. But yes version where the person survives the crash are allowed as Tropes Are Flexible.

. There is a crashed car, the driver's face is on the wheel, and there is honking. It works well. Maybe cropping off some of the top would give the car more focus and would be even better.
