I remember when I did my first rewatch of Digimon Adventure after years from the last time I saw it on TV and I realized that I somehow forgot that Woodmon and Tankmon appeared in the show. I remembered them more in the games than anywhere else.
Re-watching Breaking Bad I realized I'd forgotten Saul mentioning in his very first episode that McGill's his real last name.

When I watched the Aqua Teen Hunger Force “Rabbot” for the first time since I was six, I realized that the only 2 parts I really remembered was the meat bridge scene and the scene where Master Shake tries to get the Rabbot to slip in his shake.
“Now get out there and make someone smile!”When I re-watched Rover Dangerfield a few years ago (the movie was lost media for me because we lost our VHS copy and it was impossible to find another one) I forgot "I'm In Love With The Dog Next Door" was a song in the movie. When Nostalgia Critic reviewed it he skipped over that part.
"COCONUTS HAVE WATER IN THEM!"For years, I had completely forgotten about all the crude humor in Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen, leaving me wondering why everyone hated it.

We have a thread dedicated to our cases of the Mandela Effect, where we remembered things that weren't there. This is an opposite, for things you forgot about in works even though you'd think you would have remembered them.
For my example, I genuinely didn't remember Professor Elemental being in that one Steampunk episode of Phineas and Ferb, even though I did know the guy's work when I was a kid.
